The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East Lindsey East Midlands

Excellent Chinese we went on recommendations on trip advisor and we wernt disappointed. Unless you are really hungry 1 portion of chips between 2 is more than enough. Complimentary prawn crackers as well. We had chicken chow mein and chicken balls with curry sauce rather than sweet and sour. We were staying at Haven side this was about 5-10 mins drive away.

Called up, thought the bloke on the end of the phone was being rude but then remembered the name of the restaurant, not sure if intentional but hilarious nonetheless. Great food

My wife and I called in here for a takeaway Friday teatime. To be honest I wish I had waited the 30 minutes for the one down the road to open. We had a chicken curry with rice and a beef curry with chips. It was the worst curry sauce I have ever had from a Chinese restaurant. Tasteless, powdery, watery sauce, out of a packet and water added. Under cooked mushrooms, beef old, chicken rubbery, prawn crackers stale. Never, ever, ever again will we visit this establishment and I would advise others to stay away!

Food appeared to be reheated from frozen in each individual tub. Consistency of jelly......

Not only did The King's Treasure Restaurant be able to provide an extensive free from gluten menu for myself being one of the people who are coeliac in party, (Called in advance and received an email of some dishes that could be prepared) The staff were extremely knowledgeable and were more than happy to confirm with the chef Lizzie if they didn't know 100%. This made me feel very confident in my decision with the many dish choices. The staff are super friendly, amazingly attentive, despite it being full when we arrived yet they still provided a warm friendly greeting when we arrive. If your table isn't ready, there isn't time to blink before the staff have worked their magic and have it sorted for you. There is a great verity of drinks on offer to choose from while you peruse the fabulous menu. The dishes we ordered were adapted to make it suitable for all of the party to share, and the ingredients were confirmed prior to being cooked with myself which was really kind and thoughtful as it meant I could try a bit of everything. Having not being able to have a Chinese for many many years, this was certainly worth the wait! Our friends also agreed (they are acustom to a Chinese as no allergies) The food was absolutely GORGEOUS! So much flavour and authenticity. The New Owners have certainly done an outstanding job, and I highly recommend trying it, weather it be early in or a takeaway! The service is spectacular and I will certainly be returning with my friends as we have had an absolutely wonderful experience this evening! This has to be one of the worst takeawys ever. This place has been down before but bounced back. This time there is no-where to go, its a gonner. Hard chewy meat ( not sure what it even was) Could have been chicken beef or duck and it was in a special chow mein. I didn't eat it, can't do that to my tum. No spice, no taste, nothing to recommend it at all and yet they keep putting their prices up. These are two regulars signing off.
