Bwoah, Good day chaps, I write Sir Google today to review this fine establishment. Firstly I must say the food was rather scrumptious but the service was merely satisfactory. Secondly I must say the atmosphere was splendid with the F1 on, Sadly Max triumphed again. Finally I must say overall The Bryn-Y-Mor is a fine establishment for an evening out. Good day chaps.

We had a great time at the 1.5 hour bottomless brunch yesterday. The food was delicious (and a really generous portion!) and the choice of drinks was brilliant - beers, wine, prosecco or cocktails. The man serving us was so friendly and helpful too. We'll be back!

I’ve never left a review before but this was too dreadful not too! Horrendous customer service after we ordered over £90 worth of food, delivery driver delivered food to the wrong address with nothing to let us know it had been delivered! When calling to request a refund I was told that I’d made a mistake and to double check with my house and that I should’ve contacted them earlier (even though we waited the allocated delivery time -1hr) We were then hung up on by a member of the team whilst we were attempting to claim our money back 2 hours after our delivery with no food! If I could leave a lower review I would! I suggest no one risks wasting any money on this terrible/rude business!

I absolutely love Costa Coffee in Uplands, Swansea. Every time I walk through the doors, I’m met with the warmest welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff—they genuinely care about making your experience great. Whether you need recommendations or just a friendly chat, they’re always there to look after you, and it’s clear how much pride they take in their work. The shop itself is spotless and always feels cozy and inviting. It’s also one of the most dog-friendly places I’ve been to—such a wonderful touch for us dog lovers. They’ve thought of everything to make everyone feel comfortable, and it shows. For me, Costa Coffee in Uplands is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a place where you know you’ll be treated with kindness and care every single time.
