The best restaurants serving British food in Goetre Fawr Monmouthshire South Wales

Wonderful local pub atmosphere and beer was very reasonable especially during happy hour. Food was very tasty but pricey and without the option for mashed potato for the pie or sausages. Portion size pretty decent though.

We’ve had many meals here and it never fails to impress. The service, quality of the food and prices are all great. Whether it’s Sunday Lunch or their dinner menu you’re in for a great meal. Thanks team 🙂

Nice pub, good beer. Didn't eat. Quiet for a Saturday night.

We were on holiday for the week and had driven past so decided to try it on Friday. Sat in the covered area at the back overlooking the fields. We both had the bacon and Brie sandwich with coleslaw and a few crisps, we both thoroughly enjoyed all of it. We took some cake away as we were quite full after the sandwiches! Would definitely go again if we were in the area , the staff were friendly and the service quick.
