This is my new favourite 😍 go to , a charming old style pub with a real fire going and the friendlist staff I've ever known. Most place that are dog friendly are just that they allow dogs 🐕 this place loves dogs .Dog treats on the bar help yourself not that you have to staff are always passing and making a fuss of the pooch which she loves .Great selection of pub food and wines at a great price compared to most nearby . If we want to go out for an hour or two, have a bite to eat ,relax by the fire with our dog, and chat. This is now our go-to place .

Lovely Sunday roast. Lots of tasty, tender beef. Excellent value. Great hosts & staff. Picturesque setting, very warm, homely welcome. Will definitely be going there again.

Came here to try there donner kebab so after ordering they go out the back for a few mins during that time I hear the microwave ding twice baring in mind i ordered 2 kebabs one for me and my partner so when I get home and see a load of cheap microwave meat I was not happy the fact they where like 7/8 quid i was very disappointed won't be going back

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming smile. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even allowed to take the dogs in. Vast choice of menu, with or without chips. My husband had chicken tikka bites, great idea for fusion food, and I had a chicken tikka wrap, all with chips! Sat outside and ate it. Great experience

Pub in Littlemill now with a new name (The Little Jockey, I think) and run by the Horse and Jockey team from New Inn. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Great place to visit and some lovely walks.

Nice pub, good beer. Didn't eat. Quiet for a Saturday night.

We were on holiday for the week and had driven past so decided to try it on Friday. Sat in the covered area at the back overlooking the fields. We both had the bacon and Brie sandwich with coleslaw and a few crisps, we both thoroughly enjoyed all of it. We took some cake away as we were quite full after the sandwiches! Would definitely go again if we were in the area , the staff were friendly and the service quick.

We have stopped at this cafe a few times before after a walk along the canal bank. The service was good, but only 1 person making drinks and ordering food. We always order a breakfast, a large and the standard. The breakfast was superb and the quality of the food is really good. The only downside was that the hot food was put onto cold plates. Next time I will mention if we could have a hot plate. We will be back.
