From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming smile. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even allowed to take the dogs in. Vast choice of menu, with or without chips. My husband had chicken tikka bites, great idea for fusion food, and I had a chicken tikka wrap, all with chips! Sat outside and ate it. Great experience

Pub in Littlemill now with a new name (The Little Jockey, I think) and run by the Horse and Jockey team from New Inn. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty lunch or a sweet treat, there's something for everyone. Their wide range of hot and cold drinks is the perfect complement to any choice. Set in the idyllic surroundings of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, Penelope's Café offers a tranquil spot to relax and recharge. I frequently recommend it to my customers while they wait for repairs at my workshop, and it never disappoints.

We were on holiday for the week and had driven past so decided to try it on Friday. Sat in the covered area at the back overlooking the fields. We both had the bacon and Brie sandwich with coleslaw and a few crisps, we both thoroughly enjoyed all of it. We took some cake away as we were quite full after the sandwiches! Would definitely go again if we were in the area , the staff were friendly and the service quick.

Great place for food and drink after a long walk along the canal. 2 brunches for the grandchildren both plates cleared (2 Sausages, 2 rashers bacon, beans, scrambled egg, chips and toast) Ham egg and chips Sausage sandwich and chips. Excellent food, value for money. Entertainment outside was brilliant to round the day off. Definitely coming back..
