Pub in Littlemill now with a new name (The Little Jockey, I think) and run by the Horse and Jockey team from New Inn. Friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices.

A really friendly pub. Had a great Sunday lunch here. The portions were massive and delicious. There were 6 different vegetables including a cauliflower cheese and the the crumble was really tasty. It’s also dog friendly and cosy. I would definitely go back.

The halfway House has closed down it's up for sale ,what a shame, that could be a thriving little pub as it's the only one in the village ,someone should snap it up ,

New management and doing their best to improve things. Good, friendly attitude from the bar staff. The rear beer garden is tired and sorry for itself. Requires attention.

Meat was hard not cooked properly, sauce was like paste out of a jar, at almost £20 per portion will never go here again

Kavhe is a hidden gem on a side street in downtown Abergavenny! My husband and I stumbled upon Kavhe on a Friday afternoon for lunch and returned this evening for dinner. The cafe has a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. The food presentation was beautiful and each dish we tried encompassed all elements including the plate/platter design and the arrangement of the food. If you haven’t tried Kavhe, you are definitely missing out!

Rubbish of late. Staff smoking in the doorway. Food is dreadful and flavourless. Slow service too. Why bother? Pay some more and go to the local in Magor or order from Caldicot and have something nice. This will be shut soon unless there is change, living off the previous name and owner.
