Prices weren't shocking so I'm not gonna slate the quality of the food, which was ok. The expression you get what you pay for is where my only gripe comes in...had to pay an extra £3 for a side of chips as the £6.50 fishfinger sandwich came on its own and what arrived on the plate wasn't a £3 side portion of chips which is a shame as it annoyed me a little. Kids meal was reasonable and came with more chips than I got for an extra charge lol. Overall, pub is nice, good atmoshphere and great layout with the tv screens etc but the foods probably not worth it based on my visit.

Every time myself, friends and family order from here, we are very satisfied with our service and food ordered. The owner is very approachable and helpful, and there is a high standard of customer service. The shop itself is very clean and everything is prepared fresh. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Will definitely continue to order from here ☺️

Rude staff and terrible beer. I'd be surprised if the taps have been cleaned in the last decade. The bar made who seems to be in charge obviously has a chip on her shoulder.

On three recent occasions Captains have not been able to fulfil my order and a cheaper alternative was agreed. They have not refunded the difference despite me sending two separate issues via their website contacts page. They have not even bothered to contact me. Food is good but customer service is poor especially when they overcharge but do not refund.
