Food was lovely as always and delivered well before the scheduled time.

Payed for a Nutella doughnut & got an empire biscuit , wouldn’t order again

Love the shop. I order from here constantly when I'm not wanting to cook brekkie or lunch. I think I've ordered out of here more than anywhere else by a lot. The food is cracking quality and always tastes unreal. The guy who delivers is always sound and got a smile on his face which is always nice aswell.

Simply Mmm delicious 😋 alway perfect and staff always freindly and owner is simply stunning win win ❤️

Food was all over the bag. Poured out and leaking. Contacted just eat … no refund so they expect you to eat out of a bag like a dog. Since they don’t use just eat it could have been a restaurant problem. Would be good if they knew they could use more than one bag to pack things away in. Never had an issue until now.

Breakfast wraps are awesome. I love that they give you the option to add cheese & beans too. Lots of items to choose from. Just lovely.

I know shop is busy but over 3 hrs fir a delivery was really bad and the food was also cold I order from here all the time and never had a problem

I had requested no onions or peppers as my son has allergies it all came with loads of onions and peppers was very disappointed today :(

Kids meal had very little chips in only a handful if that. Burgers were missing the sauce and there was tubs of sauce missing from the box. Food was pretty cold.

Hate to be negative coz I love u guys but black pudding was horrible today, beans were barely warm, one egg was hanging out the box got rolls instead of toast, got irn bru instead of diet, got Lucozade instead of Fanta, juices where in with food, totally not like yous however I will absolutely order again, assuming I’ve just been unlucky, as 99.9% of the times ive ordered it’s always spot on and food usually can’t be faulted x

This is the best food we’ve had in a. While could not fault a thing :) cooked great and the salt and chilli chips are unreal also would like to say the portions sizes are brilliant thanks very much look forward to ordering again :)

ordered from here many times food is always superb,,however on this occasion delivery was late and the food was cold.

Unfortunately food was cold when it arrived.

Not ordered here for a while and food was nice and hot. Only downfall I will give is the cakes I ordered, I ordered 2 French fancies and got 1 with the other cake substituted for something else that we both do not like which was disappointing. I get things run out as it’s busy and that’s okay but I would rather a phone call to let me know so I can pick something else if needed.

What a fantastic food outlet, Never fails food always piping hot not shy with there portions, yet to have a meal ect I've not liked.would make a fortune if opened till late ,as food is far superior to a fair few takeaways up this way

The snack box was good but no onion or pepper which it was meant to have. The wrap was good but I didn’t receive either of the cakes I ordered and got some sort of melted tart instead as they had been packed with the hot food. The order was also delivered 90 minutes after I ordered it and 30 minutes after my delivery window ended. When I first called the restaurant they said my food was on the way and 20 minutes later said it actually wasn’t on its way at the time I first called. Poor service.

First time ordering (and last) substituted practically everything i ordered, did not get popcorn chiken i ordered, no burger sauce, no sprite, no donuts that i ordered.- a simple phone call could have sorted everything.

First time ordering & it's safe to say I'll be back very rare to find a good cafe breakfast box was amazing! thankyou for some decent food

Everything was fine, except for the 'chocolate cake,' which turned out to be a store-bought, cream-filled pastry still in its packaging, with the label half-peeled off. It bore little resemblance to an actual chocolate cake.

Wrong item delivered would rather they contacted than substituting, food and coffee was lovely though 🩷

Breakfast was great but cake order was not good ordered 2 fudge iced doughnuts instead received 2 chocolate donuts this for a family that does not like chocolate cakes. Should they not be either texting or calling to see if you want something else.

soup was too thick veg cut to big. stingy with the butter on the rolls of all things haha

amazing as always. their driver they use is so friendly too. coffees and rolls are always so good. quick, and tasty

I had a a cake ordered that wasn't available and they sent another along with a handwritten note explaining which was such a nice gesture. The food quality is great and the pricing is honestly impressive to say the least.

Atrocious. Well over an hour late with wrong items. Denied my refund as well. I do not recommend this restaurant. Food was also lukewarm.

Great food made by lovely staff at fair prices. The Mac and cheese is a tasty favourite , steak pie and mash is delicious and love the variety of cooked breakfasts on offer.

Need to update delivery estimates that show on here before order is placed - took over 1 1/2 hours and time kept changing. Steak pie tasted ok though was mostly gravy & puff pastry had been squeezed into a pizza box on top of sealed tub of stew so was flattened. Mince & potatoes also ordered. - mince nice & decent portion but potatoes a bit like smash instant stuff & no seasoning or flavour. Could have been warmer but overall compared to prices at other places i cant grumble too much.

waited nearly 2 hours. Cheeseburger in munchie box is freezing. Salad box placed on top of the munchie box in the bag which made it warm.

Ordered a omelette with chips the Omelette was burnt and over cooked not the chips really dry not nice at all.

Fastest order I think I’ve ever had. Toastie was lovely and milkshake was so creamy. Cakes were beautiful. Been in the shop a few times as well and the girls are all lovely inside and out. Would recommend x

Ordered a gammon roll and salad with coleslaw and got turkey instead which I cant eat and my partner won’t ethier will go to waste nearly £3 I could have put to a drink or another option disappointed glad i ordered a extra roll and bacon which was nice and rest of food nice also x

Was really looking forward to this unfortunately half of it was flavourless the curry sauce tasted cheap and the chips were pretty bland however the burger was lovely and I enjoyed the chicken strips.

By far the best takeaway breakfast I’ve had and mozzarella dippers were amazing along with the garlic mushrooms and chicken goujons 100% will be back lots of choice as as fresh as they come

Ordered food for myself and the kids at 11.30 and we are currently on 13.46 and still no food delivery. Workers are wide as marked me down as delivered on the scoffable app so that I cant claim my money back. Absolutely shocking I do get they're busy and sometimes get under pressure but to be waiting nearly 2 hours for a breakfast and 3 rolls

Breakfast Could’ve been better. Eggs were overcooked, tasteless and crumbly. Far too much milk mixed in the scrambled eggs I suppose as they were nearly white. Not sure why the toast was French toast and not just buttered toast. Sausage was beige.

Always enjoy the food from here, today had a slight issue and staff dealt with it straight away. Love how good the customer service was with dealing with it so quickly!

Arrived on time piping hot, milkshakes are soooo creamy and amazing, can was so cold just the way i like it, food too quality as always, staff do go above and beyond, delivery drivers are always polite, nothing I can fault and recommend this place to anyone <3

Food was amazing! Really good quality, fresh and hot. My only complaint was we ordered the cookie dough and ice cream which was packed with the warm food as a result it melted all over the bag and unfortunately seeped into some of the food mainly the scrambled egg which had to go in the bin. The food was great and cheap hence why this hasn’t affected my review. Suggestion would be to pack desserts either with juice which can be wiped down or in a separate bag altogether then no risk for seepage.

Ordered chips with the toastie and never received and the breakfast I ordered was all squashed together didn’t look very appealing at all
