Function suite is very nice, great for a party, the staff are great, very accommodating, cheerful. Made for a great night.

Provided a photobooth in the function area upstairs and must say it was a really nice function suite for a party. The booth really complimented the already excellent atmosphere and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Look forward to returning sometime in the future. Terrible service from the owner or main managers who seems to be on the phone all the time. Looks me straight in the eye and the walks off while I'm waiting to be served. The other members of are spot on but no wonder angry all the time

Waited at the bar from 15mims trying to get service to busy talking so walked out. Not be back again. One of thus pubs if your face does not fit.

Was only there for a very quick drink. Don't know about food availability. Staff are cheery and friendly and the place had a popular function hall upstairs. This is a long established pub/club on the Main drag of Paisley Rd West heading toward Ralston served by No.9 variants of First Bus. It has live music at weekends.

Have been a customer for a few years now it’s my local and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are very welcoming, always have a laugh with Leanne and the rest of the staff. Great big Tv screens all around the bar showing football, Horse racing and other sports which is great. The pints are just perfect never had a bad one yet. So refreshing! They also have a dominos team a darts team and a poker team. A pool tournament is held every 2nd Sunday which is great. The banter through out the pub is second to none. No other place to be. Highly recommend

Was invited to a Family event by friends of mine and to be hoest can only say was surprised and well impressed by The Argosy. Had though was going to a some small function room above a put well I was wrong. The place looked great you couuld see some money had been spent on it. Very high standard and had a the "right" drinks at the bar. The staff could not have been more helpful and the buffet was not your usual wrinkled samdwhiches and cold sausage rolls. Well done guys and know where to boo next time need a space for a family event. Thanks Sean

Visited the pub with friends for the first time and I was not disappointed, great variety of drinks available, lovely atmosphere and a bonus that they had all sports available to watch. Staff all great very friendly and welcoming , All in all I will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends

Great wee pub if you are in for just one because if you support Rangers fc like me then you wouldn't hang around for longer than necessary, on the plus side the STAFF are fantastic.

Drink is very expensive and they had no draft lager or heavy just bottle beer and the staff could be more pleasant I would not hurry back

Brilliant pub,but the domino teams hopeless and the karaoke singers make your ears bleed,apart from that get your self down there.

Looking a lot better now it's been done up an the framed celtic jersey has been removed

Argosy not that bad of pub! I'm not a local either but now and again i go in for a few. For all the years i have drank there i've never saw any trouble, sectarian etc. Good pint too.
