The best restaurants serving British food in Newtownabbey North Eastern NI

I arranged to meet a friend here for coffee today at 5pm but the coffee place was closed. I had to use the bathroom and went to wash my hands and no water!!! Not one tap in the whole place worked. I don't know how many times I have used Applegreen at Templepateick and have always been disappointed. The place is usually dirty, especially the toilets and previously used the bathrooms with no hand soap and also no hand dryers. I think it is unacceptable that bathroom facilites have no running water taps, what is going on!!!

Very nice restaurant 🍴, good food 🍲 friendly staff, does specials for the elderly on certain days, upstairs, does not serve alcohol.

Really enjoyed our dinner this evening, I had sea bass and it was gorgeous, the scallops were beautiful as well, and our desserts were delicious, a first class meal and welcome at the bureau In Whiteabbey, we will be keen to go back again!

Myself and another chap stood waiting to be served while the assistant chatted to her colleague , I ordered a tea a coffee and two scones she asked if I wanted them heated to which I declined and was sorry as they were dry and firm , very unappetising, after spilling milk I finished my transaction, she then ignored the man behind me and continued her previous conversation... dreadful service ...two less customers here.

Very disappointed with the chips tonight - undercooked. Vegetarians and Vegans beware - the chips are done in beef dripping and this isn’t mentioned anywhere. Needless to say they don’t taste like they had.
