A beautiful little cafe hidden in the Chalke Valley. Tucked away behind the shop they serve a great choice of local cakes and coffee. The Dorset Apple Cake is a firm favourite. The service is amazing,
If you are anywhere near here do drop in for lunch . We only stopped for coffee but the buns we had were so good we thought we would we come back for lunch. One of our better ideas.

Fantastic. The pub location is beautiful, right up against Cranbourne Chase and the building is really interesting. Recently refurbished, Butcombe do a great job with their pubs/hotels.
