The best restaurants serving British food in Martock South Somerset South West

We had a very warm welcome at the White Hart. Our room was spacious, clean and warm - but it could do with some updating e.g. the basin had a crack in it, the shower had a bit of mould, and the shaving light didn't work. The decor looked tired overall. We had a very nice breakfast (again, the dining-room could do with a bit of redecoration) - but it was served with great enthusiasm and cheefulness!

Wow,very pleased,excellent choice of vegan food, plus amazing Vegan choc jaffa cake. Excellent prices and portion sizes. Friendly knowledgeable staff Really busy but staff calm and friendly. Lovely and clean. A lovely surprise

Met family for dinner here it was very busy but the food when it arrived was excellent although a bit slow on this occasion staff were attentive and doing their job under some pressure nice atmosphere and warm clean and very comfortable tables well spaced and Covid measures in place everywhere.

Friendly Village Pub. Good Service and food with generous portion sizes. If you intend to have a sweet as well, allow time for the first course to go down. Three very satisfied customers 🙂

Landlady was rude to us, left us wondering what we'd done wrong and spoiled the evening.
