The best restaurants serving British food in Moor View Plymouth South West

I booked a meal for my anniversary with my partner and the day before she had emergency dental work. I contacted the restaurant as soon as I could to say we’d like to reschedule and because it is within the 48 hour notice, they wouldn’t let us reschedule and took £60 from my account. The owner’s attitude was dreadful on the phone when I tried to explain so I won’t be rebooking.

Last year we discovered the unattended converted horse box near Devonport Park but in January we found the established shop/cafe in Albert Road. Very friendly and good selection of food all home baked. We think round the back of this cafe.

Only visited the bar here as family were staying. Bar was pleasant, and the staff were polite and attentive
