I had heard nothing but good things about the roast dinner here & im so glad I finally tried it! There were 10 of us & everyone enjoyed their meal which says a lot. There is a good selection of meat & they even have chicken which a lot of places don’t, this was a real a bonus for me. The portions are plentiful & the meat & veg are sooo tasty, there is nothing I would change. The staff are all very friendly & accommodating, if anything extra is needed they will make sure this is taken care of, highly recommend

Have tried twice to eat here. The first time there was a no walk-ins notice on the door, the second time was told we couldn't have a table and had to book. Understandable if its that busy and popular, but they have massive billboards advertising food. Maybe make booking before turning up clearer to?

Wanted to be near Exeter Quay and decided to go to Harvester as large car park for late lunch. Three or four people at tables in bar area and it looked like perhaps 1 or 2 tables occupied in dining area. We waited where it says wait to be served, no one. Went to bar. Could hear and see staff working as they were hovering around the door behind the bar and there was an obvious moment of panic when we nearly caught someone’s eye and they quickly jumped back into the back room so they definitely knew we were there but still absolutely no one came to help us. Felt almost like they were hiding until we gave up. After about ten minutes we realised there was absolutely no chance of any service, walked out and found somewhere else to spend our money. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Friendly staff, you need to download the app to order food. I was too hot inside, it wasn’t a cold day so a little too cosy for me. I think you can tell the standard of a place by the toilets and these weren’t good. The toilet doors do not fit and once I’d slammed it shut I struggled to get it open. Wasn’t really clean and smelt a bit in the corridor. Food itself was ok but £11 for a BLT I thought was expensive - it came with vegetable crisps but apart from that was just a sandwich. The fish sandwich was bigger and a pound cheaper.
