We found this pub by chance via the internet when travelling to Hastings from London.
Impeccable pub food, nicely prepared. Speciality home-made pies are to be recommended!

This is a quaint establishment which I found to be amazing. The bar area and decor had an attention to detail I have never seen. The owners were so friendly. There is nowhere else in this area that meets this establishment
Very good coffees in a pleasant cafe with views of the gardens. Would have been nice if the two girls serving this morning smiled and made eye contact. Appeared bored with their jobs sadly.
I come here every week because i’m allowed to bring my dog with me into the dog friendly area, it’s brilliant. The staff are friendly and the food is great.
