The best restaurants serving British food in Pilgrims Guildford South East

Lovely sunday lunch at the Stag on the River. We had the vegan roast and also the pork roast which were both very nice, albeit a little overpriced for what you get. Parking is also limited so get there early or park round the corner over the Eashing bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful and we requested extra spuds and yorkies which we were provided complimentary with the meal. Would definitely come back for dinner another day. Thank you.

What a find, wonderful service, grateful food, and warm cosy atmosphere. A Soth African chef who understands how to grill meat!! Highly recommended! We will be back!!

Very nice food and plenty of it, very reasonably priced, friendly accommodating staff, well worth the visit.
