Since the new owner took over I’ve become a regular - the sandwiches are so nice and with *so* much filling, they’re such good value compared to most places. The owner is really friendly and accommodating and I can usually park outside.

The food in here is always decent and they change the menu every few months which is also good, but the drinks prices here and in all their other pubs are outrageous. £7 for a pint and £9 for a mini bottle of Prosecco. They should seriously reconsider their drinks prices and they might get a few more locals in. The Royal George and the Crow sell Prosecco minis for £5!
