This is the place to go! My favorite hidden gem outside of the states! Highly recommend getting here. Plus on the last Sunday of the month there is a classic car show!

Disappointing Experience - Be Warned Cod fathers Fish and Chip Shop 2 Jackson Rd, Aylesbury HP19 9BF used to be a reliable favorite of mine, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon. I arrived at 11:30 AM, just as the shop opened, and ordered a ¼ chicken and chips for lunch, paying over £12. When I got home, I was shocked to find the chicken undercooked and far from crispy. To make matters worse, the chips were clearly leftovers from the previous night that had just been reheated. When I called to complain, I was told that this is their "normal procedure." If you’re looking for fresh, properly cooked food, I’d suggest you go elsewhere

I held the wake following my mothers funeral. I was given one end of the building for my 35- 45 guests and had more space than was needed. The service and food was was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Charter; in fact I am planning to use the venue for a family meet up and family games night this time next year.

This cafe is great for coffee and the staff are Superbe. I was there on a morning where they had a short book reading by local authors which was interesting. Good atmosphere and great space.

Excellent service with freshly cooked food nicely presented. Friendly staff, good value, nice atmosphere would visit again.
