The best restaurants serving British food in Clatterbridge Wirral North West

I ordered avocado on toast with 1 egg !!!! This was £12. I feel like this is ridiculous I should have at least 2 eggs for £12! It was lovely however the fact that the egg was from ‘snowdonia’ didn’t make any difference and I would have preferred 2 eggs from a local farmer for half the price.

What a great place. The ambience was beautiful/rustic. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. And the food, well it was gorgeous, everything was perfect (if a little too generous.) It all amounted to a perfect night out for us.

Late night meal after a long journey. I was not disappointed. I chose the steak pie with mash. It came with some absolutely delicious gravy. Could of drunk a bucket load of it. Plenty on my plate including veg.

Will miss this place so much when it closes Christmas day, so many happy memories here.

Attended yesterday for a wedding. On arrival the sole of my shoe came off. Staff went above and beyond to get me some glue ! So appreciated. Wedding was superb from the decor and surroundings to the food and drink . Food was gorgeous. Good variety of drinks.Staff worked really hard to ensure we all had a good time. Thank you Red Fox !
