Great local pub serving top notch food. We are with our youngest and the selection for kids is also really good. made us all feel really welcome and very reasonably priced.

Recommend the roast Christmas lunch - December 2024.

Unsurprisingly at first but on choosing our selections we savoured and enjoyed our favourite dishes in our kitchen

Been past here a lot of times,always busy which says everything. Carvery and great menu 3 sizes of plate, my other half had middle size Carvery and I had scampi and chips, both ok, pleasant staff and quick service will return.

Overpriced food. We had the fish finger sandwich which was asked to be toasted. We were told no!? Not sure why. We found the staff to be unfriendly, and there was no access to bar for a pram or wheelchair.

It's mediocre, foods ok nothing special, they only do the carvery at weekends now which is a shame. Always use to be busy, but only a handful of people there now. My friend needed a gluten free menu, but this wasn't catered for, although they were able to advise what they could provide, by showing an allergies folder.
