Been going to the coach and four for a while, never seen a better pint of original poured by the lovely Lucy. Anthony was also amazing, what a character. They had me howling for ages 🤣 See you both soon

We decided to give this place another go after our previous dodgy doggy experience. As before the food was fabulous and the service equally so which is why I hate to do this but............as we were leaving I noticed a dog sat on a customers lap with its head resting on the dining table, I mentioned this to my partner who said she had earlier seen the dogs owner feeding it off his plate. I know everyone is supposed to love dogs these days but quite frankly I think this is vile and extremely unhygienic. If you really must let dogs into the dining area ( and frankly if you want to be a quality restaurant rather than just a pub that does food then you should up your game and not allow them into areas were food is being served) then it should be made clear they are to be kept on the floor and not allowed on the furniture where other people are expected to sit. I dont want to sit on seats that have been in contact with a dogs bare genitalia thank you very much. We dont return, we will leave this establishment to the doggy brigade.

Had the Welsh Rarebit which was delicious. Have had it before. My friend had fish and chips. It was massive but looked lovely. I like eating here. Food is always good and reasonable prices.
