The best restaurants serving British food in Botcherby Carlisle North West

We hired Cumbria Gourmet burgers for an event at our house where we had a large number of guests coming. The food was great and the service was brilliant.

Absolutely awful. Cheese and been toastie was practically empty with zero filling and the bread was stale. Ordered a banana and chocolate muffin and they sent a blueberry and the iced caramel latte didn't taste any caramel. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Food not bad for a quick bite to eat, didn't have to wait long for food either, the staff we encountered didn't seem to want to be there and customer service could be improved

Called in for Sunday dinner Lovely Sunday lunch great choice and Rebecca brought our drinks and took payment lovely girl really helpful great service.

I usually go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast with a friend of mine once a month but it was closed. I knew of the Lakeland Gate restaurant but only ever drove past. So rather than miss out on our planned breakfast we decided to go and try it. We were really glad we did. The staff were really friendly and very attentive and the food was excellent. I am not one for leaving feedback but on this occasion it was really deserved. Thanks you girls and we will be back
