Counter staff don’t seemed to be trained. Don’t bother to ask customer the size of the coffee we want ( they have 3 sizes ) but just charge us for a ‘regular ‘ which is their medium. Don’t bother to ask if customer wants a receipt Poor service attitude

Hello I have just collected a breakfast bag from Pasty Shop in Euston (approx 10:20 on 25th Oct) where the two gentlemen accidentally knocked the first breakfast roll onto the floor, accidents happen. However, they picked the breakfast roll from the floor using tongs which i could hear scrape the floor as they scooped up the roll for the bin. Then, the same tongs that had been scraped along the floor was then used to pick up a fresh roll which I immediately called out. The employee didn't understand my issue and I told him I was not accepting the food that had been collected with the dirty tong. They then gave me a fresh roll using different tongs but did not put the dirty tongs to one side to be cleaned they were just left on the side to be used again. I also don't think they have different tong for veggie and non veggie but the hygiene in this place is disgusting especially as they don't see why it was wrong

Terrible. I always got donuts from Doughnut Time (which are amazing) and this time as I was in Euston I thought I'd give Dum Dum a go. I asked the employees if the one in the picture had anything inside. They said yes, it's filled with chocolate cream. When I had it there was no cream inside (only the pastry), which made it super dry. Not a great flavour. Do yourself a favour and if you're going to spend £5.50 in a donut, go to Doughnut Time.

Una sonrisa no cuesta nada. ¡No hay retrete! También el tocino estaba un poco graso. No veo la necesidad de la tapa de plástico: desperdicio de recursos. No fue barato. No califico este lugar.

Ordered hot chocolate and a tea. No gluten free sandwiches, apparently ran out. Ask to have teabag separate because I don’t like stewed tea. Was informed by a young lad that I must pay for extra cup for the teabag. I was surprised, I was happy to hold my teabag and did not require it in a separate cup. I told him so and he said those are the rules. We decided to forgo our order
