Ordered hot chocolate and a tea. No gluten free sandwiches, apparently ran out. Ask to have teabag separate because I don’t like stewed tea. Was informed by a young lad that I must pay for extra cup for the teabag. I was surprised, I was happy to hold my teabag and did not require it in a separate cup. I told him so and he said those are the rules. We decided to forgo our order

Hampstead LaneChaotic serving area though staff were doing a fair job. Wanted to order some of the nice looking cake but it was displayed unprotected just inches from the faces of queuing customers so wasn't going to take the risk with COVID and colds about!
