The best restaurants serving British food in Ashingdon and Canewdon Rochford East of England

This morning we went to Breakfast with Santa at The Cherry Tree in Stambridge. It was amazing! Breakfast was gorgeous and the entertainment was so good! All our family enjoyed it! The staff worked incredibly hard, they were so welcoming and it made the whole experience so fun! My boy wants to go again next year, and after this year, I am massively in agreement! Thank you The Cherry Tree! We will be back.

The Victory Inn was fantastic. We had geat food, its a lovely place with great service. We had burger and fish finger sandwich, nice fresh food.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Lovely food. Great staff but object to people standing smoking right by you while you are eating flicking ash! Has put us off going back unless you sit indoors. Shame really.

Had a lovely Sunday Roast at this wonderful pub. Such a warm welcome from the team on! The food was great and the cauliflower cheese for two is a must! Had a Guinness which was great, and finished off with a couple of whiskeys. We will be back!

First time visiting Plough & Sail. Went for lunch on New Years Eve and had an excellent meal. Three superb courses plus very friendly & helpful staff. Next time I am that way I will be sure to visit again. It was the best pub meal I have had in a very long time.
