What a delightful hotel! Quiet, comfortable, quirky and above all the staff were without exception brilliant! We sat on the terrace for a pre dinner drink Looking at restful views and very busy rabbits on the hotel lawn! Dinner was delicious, fresh, tasty and well presented. The restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Our room was definitely “ quirky”, clean and spacious with lovely views over the lawns and fields. We had a peaceful night’s sleep and would recommend a visit to Flitwick Manor to anyone.

We visited for a family party in the Pool Bar. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. The food was really nice and most importantly the toilets were spotless. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Relaxing, clean and welcoming spot that does amazing coffee and a great range of food options. Delicious cupcake and ice creams for the little ones and iced coffee for me.

Incredibly rude older woman working here. I think she might be the owner? Not sure if she hated me because I'm African American or because I wasn't a regular. Grasping at straws because all I did was enter, wait in line, and then state my order. She barked that it would be a 10 minute wait. Sure? No issue. I went with my (white) partner, who is from the area. She was *considerably* nicer to him when he ordered after me. As soon as he spoke and she heard a familiar accent, her demeanor changed. But she seemed annoyed at me just existing in the country. I hoped the food would at least be good. Nah. How can fried food be flavorless? Visit this place if you like bland deep-fried batter planks and angry staff. Curry sauce was good though.

We are people who came to the French Horn when it was run by Jean Christophe Novelli and it was fantastic. We have come back every now and again over the years and each time it’s got worse. We went yesterday for an evening mean. We arrived and it was empty. No music no atmosphere and it was really grubby. I knew immediately it wasn’t going to be good. If we didn’t have our daughter with us who was really hungry I think we would have upped and left. The food was flavorless, took ages and was really below average. We had to ask each time we wanted more drinks and it took ages for our plates to be cleared. Understandable if it was busy- but it was not. It’s a real shame to say but we won’t be returning again. This was a real gem that has been left to fall apart.
