Was taken here for lunch, cannot fault it, food was delicious, staff very attentive and service was quick

Interestingly and totally incongruous with establishments such as The Tobie Norris/Patens/The George. That’s the rich pageant that is Stamford. Worryingly, I also saw a neighbour’s son, who is only 17 imbibing alcohol with some of his friends, also undoubtedly under age. Tut tut…

Visited today with a friend for lunch… live relatively local although not been before. Had a really pleasant all round experience.. warm welcome, faultless service & great food. We both chose the warm chicken salad, followed by the sherry trifle & tiramisu. Everything very tasty, in fact I gave it an overall mark of 10 out of 10, a rare occurrence for me! Thank you all for a lovely afternoon.
