The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were a party of four and we ordered food which was good and service was quick, the beers were good too. Nice pub would recommend.

Good pub, went in every night Monday to Friday, even put our football match we wanted to watch, we were advised by the lady behind the bar it's a first come first served basis and to get in early and ask for what you want to watch, we did and true to her word we got our game, big tv's on wall, had a good time in this boozer , good range of larger and beers. Enjoyed our visits.

Avoid at all costs it is absolutely vile nearly 5£ for a baguette and you get nothing in it and it's not even cooked just go somewhere else don't even bother wasting your money or your time coming here

i visited the cafe recently with low expectations and my expectations had been lowered, my family and i waited over 50 minutes for a bacon sandwich and 2 full english’s even though it wasn’t busy, when it arrived the toast was hard like it had been reheated and the food was cold. the staff were rather ignorant and had unclean red aprons and red hats on, unfortunately we won’t be visiting again however if greasy grub is what you enjoy then i recommend.

We had the misfortune to be visiting this pub when we saw the worst behaviour ever from a member of the staff. A family had called in for drinks, she IDed one of the family who was clearly over 21, let alone 18. There was a boy with him, around 7 years old shouting “Dad” at him, so that’s self-explanatory. The couple who’d been asked for ID left. The rest of the family sat around the large table, with most of them watching the TV, Liverpool vs West Ham if you’re interested. They quickly drank their drinks, mainly soft from what we heard ordered, and got up to leave. At this point the member of staff took it upon herself to shout at the young girl, probably around 12/13 years old, telling her to stop giving her attitude, the child replied saying she was watching the TV. The member of staff then took it upon herself to SCREAM at the family to “eff off out of here!”, except she didn’t say “eff”, she used the exact word. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life! It was totally unnecessary and unacceptable behaviour from the member of staff. We quickly finished our drinks and left, we won’t be returning.
