the owner of this restaurant was unfortunately very rude, I ordered a takeaway and it never came & they told me also to contact uber it's not they're problem. So upset as I spent over £40 pounds and was looking forward to tasting theyre food. I would never usually leave reviews but this incident was dealt with badly on their behalf. Yeah

We chose a family get together here due to its location between Yorkshire and Wales, and also as a lot of the dishes on their menu were gluten free. From arrival the staff were really welcoming and sat us by the fire whilst we all arrived. The restaurant is nicely laid out, the menu had almost too much choice. We had starters which were huge, especially the cheesy garlic bread! The mains and sides were all excellent, everyone really enjoyed the food and wanted to taste each others. Respect to the staff who were super patient and endlessly cheery as we were there for 4 hours in the end (we don’t get to see each other that often) and the restaurant were happy for us to stay which really meant a lot to us. A 5 star lunch experience and would definitely recommend!

My wife and I recently moved to the village and decided to try something new. We don't typically go for Indian takeaway because, in the past, they’ve often been too greasy and upset our stomachs. However, I checked the online reviews and was encouraged by the positive feedback. It is hard to go wrong when so many people recommend a place! We ended up ordering Chana Masala as our main dish, along with Pilau Rice and naan. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Everything was delicious, fresh, and thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely be ordering again.

The food is just to good mix grill crisp lamb chicken jalferzi if am spelling the correct oh man list goes on…. The curry’s this place does never had em anywhere else ! Just try em all one by one n take ur picks

The food from this takeaway is always brilliant! You can see into the kitchens and watch the chefs prepare the food. The Kichen is clean and the food is always cooked from fresh but the wait is definitely worth it! Without exception any friends we have visiting from all around the uk always ask if we can order a takeaway from Balti number 1 because they also love the food
