Our recent visit to Tamasha restaurant in Nottingham was nothing short of great customer service - an experience that ranks among the best I’ve had in recent times. From the moment we entered, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of great customer service. The service, led by Zion, Serena, Fahima and Andrias, was nothing short of exemplary. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made our evening special. Every interaction, from the initial greeting to the final farewell, was infused with care and professionalism, demonstrating their deep understanding of what it means to truly look after their guests. The food itself was amazing – loved the lamb shank! Nevertheless, each dish was not only beautifully presented but also a testament to the chef’s mastery, marrying flavors and textures in ways that delighted and surprised the palate. Zion and Serena’s exceptional service and kindness deserve special mention, as it significantly enhanced our experience, making our evening all the more memorable. We left with a deep appreciation for the effort and care that went into every aspect of our evening, and a strong desire to return - perhaps next time as a group, to share the experience with others!
