Awful it was inedible 4 small chunks of processed chicken in a gloopy nasty sauce the rice was awful and the nan bread was burnt and nasty I am so fed up of being ripped off

We have eaten here and had takeaways many times and the food is always good and the service is always friendly and hospitable. However on our most recent visit, although the food and service were up to its usual high standard, the decor is looking a little shabby. Peeling wallpaper, a big stain and ceiling damage where there has been a leak and the chairs are uncomfortable as the seat pads had all collapsed at our table. I hope they spend some money on sprucing the place up as it would be a shame if they start loosing their regular customers...unfortunately, we will be looking for somewhere else to eat.😕

Wow what can I say. The food was exceptional and it was my first time eating Napaleas food The staff were lovely and the chef came out as I believe he is also the owner and we said we wished he had a resteraunt in Essex Such good value for money

Both main dishes and onion bhaji lacked a little flavour but the meat was good quality and the poppadums/chutneys were great, good portion sizes.

Good quality food, only downside was that the starters weren't particularly warm. Very tasty though, quick delivery and would definitely order again.

The food from Everest Bhangasar is very good quality. The spices are complex and it is not oily. The special dishes are unusual, Nepalese recipes, different to the usual curries found locally.

You won't need a starter, trust me. My main would have done as a combined meal for husband and I. We like our food, so that speaks volumes for portion size. Lovely food and reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Staff lovely too.

Visited Everest for a small surprise 50th birthday celebration meal for my husband. From booking the table to leaving the restaurant the staff were very accommodating and helpful, friendly too. The food was delicious and service was fabulous. We will be visiting again 😋

Visited here a couple of nights ago for our anniversary. What can I say this place is a right hidden gem! Exceptional tasting food, Fresh, flavoursome, hot, delivered quickly. Very authentic food. Affordable / reasonable priced. Restaurant a bit dated in regards to decor etc but does give an old authentic feel haha! Would strongly recommend to others and can’t wait to return Thank you! 10/10

Just order a takeaway, i ordered chicken tikka starter (wow) Garlic naan (beut) Chicken kashmiri (amazn) Pilau rice (mint) I need to try more of these amazing curries but my budget doesn't go that far, stunning and very happy, definitely my new favourite

Food was alright - not good by any means but edible and served hot at least but really overpriced - £13 for a small pot of curry with rubbery chewy chicken, £4 for rice and the same for a naan is a rip-off unless perhaps you're eating it at a smart swanky place - unfortunately this place is run-down, shabby and a bit depressing - the loose, stained wallpaper and dirty looking carpets added to the scruffy ambience. The service was attentive and friendly which was best thing about the place. Seriously - just spend your money elsewhere

Well let's begin are you sitting comfortably tried this place after some rave reviews in we popped myself my best friend and my son only a small place not massive and for a Friday night not to busy.seated at our table we ordered the usual pickle tray poppadoms as you do came to our table within 5 minutes our server was lovely well mannered and helpful on choice of dishes because it's a Nepalese / Indian he recommended I try a Nepalese lamb dish which was fabulous my friend ordered the same my son went for the duck dish which he states was fantastic we had naanand and rice which was all fabulous followed by desserts drinks (no alcohol involved) but soft drinks one shandy and coffe to follow all the the princely sum of 100 quid which I think it great considering what we had this is my new go to curry house absolutely loved it you must give it a try

Expensive compared to other locals and not any better. Greasy bhaji. Lightly packed rice. Nice hot fresh curry tho and arrived quickly. No free poppadoms on almost £40 order. Doesn’t stand up to other local cheaper ones that do free poppadoms also.

Gone massively down hill. I thought last time I just had a bad meal but this time 🤢! Won’t be going back. Nans dry and hard! Chicken is chewy! No mate not for us that!

We have been here many times and used to love this restaurant, but not anymore. This time we were the only customers in the restaurant, which felt sad. The decor looks more and more run down, and the food is now disappointing: the tikka masala was sweet (like a red coloured korma), the samosas were bland, the chicken was rubbery, and the popodums (that we didn't ask for but were charged for!) only came with 3 mild sauces. Another victim of the economic crisis?

It is expensive, but it is worth it.

Ok , I start as listed below Food lables very poor The nans very bland , very bland Our Birynis , - no taste our Fish dish seemed mushy . In my opinion frozen fish was used for nearly £90 I would expect more taste C,mon guys you can do much better , until now this has been your poorest yet. I would hope that I would have a reply

Dreadful rubbery chicken in the chicken tikka masala. Sauce was far too sweet. Never again. Has to be the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The prawn madras i also had was tasteless with no flavour. Thumbs down for this place.

Good food and drinks, service good. Unfortunately the toilet area lets them down, no cold water and hot tap goes from tepid to scalding hot very quickly, my 8 year old granddaughter almost scalded her hands. One of the toilets didn't flush at all!

Having ordered countless times from Everest, this was the first time I ordered to collect and the food was ready to go within two minutes of arriving at the given collection time. When I arrived home, everything was piping hot and tasted fresh. A delicious meal, as always!

The Momo also shared that excellent mix of flavours. So nice to have a dish that doesn't make every mouthful taste exactly the same. The keema naan was perfect. It was almost like a scotch pancake, light and fluffy rather than the combination of crispy, burnt and doughy that so many other places make. Highly recommended and will definitely be trying more of the Nepalese dishes.

Went in for an unplanned meal one Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Didn't have starters, just popaddoms and mains and it was delicious. My Nepalese curry was hot and tasty and the other dishes looked good too. Speedy and friendly service and reasonably priced too.

Everest used to be our celebration take away, we didn’t mind paying a lot more for great food, but this order was not good. Both curries had been watered down to the point of being bland and tasteless. It is nothing more than cheap food now. Not good, not good at all.

Ordered a bhuna and a rogan josh and the bhuna tasted no different to the rogan josh. Chicken was soo tough had to cut it with a knife. Chips were cold and soggy. Ordered garlic and cheese naan bread and there was no cheese on it just loads of garlic which was far to over powering. I have eaten in this restaurant and it’s amazing but the takeaway was disappointing !

Do yourself a favour and have Nepalese ... there is Indian but why go to a restaurant with different cuisine and not try it? Momo for starters and Nepal for main with prawn rice. Excellent food and a huge choice. Good quick service and not a noisy environment despite bring busy. ££ medium to high but worth it. A bit disappointed that the poppadoms and chutney are extras. However well worth a return visit

First time trying Nepalese Food. We had the most amazing experience and the lamb was melt in your mouth tender. Flavours were awesome. Momo was home made and delightful. Cant wait to go again.

Personably the best I’ve ever had! So beautiful. Would go here 100 times over ! I had the tikka, which is so sweet and light on the stomach! Service in the restaurant was immaculate and the delivery is so fast. Everything else we had was beautiful from the dips to the naan bread. By far the best I’ve tasted.

Fantastic food and friendly staff. Will definitely go back again when next in Nottingham. Very handy for The Brickyard pub..another must if you are in the area.
