It took 20 mins for someone to take our order.when we did get it eggs were undercooked sausages were have cooked i overdue large breakfast no hash brown given on the menu it said 2 eggs i got 1. 0 stars

Very bad service and not worthy for the money Waited more than an hour to get food And not tasty and burned Not have enough staff to provide services Not recommended

Still waiting!!!! Very very poor service, we entered the restaurant and were shown to our seats, picked by the waitress. We had a larger group so we were spread over two tables. We were given menus and our drinks order was taken and delivered quickly. Our food order was then taken and three times we had to enquire as to its whereabouts. On one of these occasions the waitress said we were very far away and it was awkward to come down to us. When we eventually got the food it was tasty but very small portions. After having been here for nearly two hours at this point we discussed desert but feared it might run into the next day before we received it. Rather than waiting on the waitress we went to the bar to enquire about deserts, once we finished we enquired about the bill. Sorted it out among ourselves as it was being split. One of us then went to the bar to pay when they were told about an added service charge which we refused to pay As we didn’t receive any service. I would just like to add the restaurant was not busy when we attended so I don’t see any reason for the slow and poor service

Can't give a 0 star, sadly. Went in about 9.15pm on the 28th of January. I understand they were busy, so I was ok about the wait, but to be handed the wrong food order. When I tried to call the member of staff back, she just stop to chat with another member of the staff. Then she walked on back to whatever she was doing. So I went up to the counter and stood for a moment to get seen too. That's ok as the place was busy, the member of staff that then seen to me got me a replacement order. I went back to eat it and this time, I got 6 cold chicken nuggets with cold chips. Not nice at all, so I had to go back again to say it was cold. Didn't have just as long to stand this time to get seen to. I got a new order again. Lucky this, it was warm, but by the time I had gotten back to the table. The cold food was still sitting on the counter and the member of staff that gave me the cold food the 1st time. Called over to me, "Would you not like your food back" I shouted back "way would I take it as it's cold" at this point evening colder. Not sure what McDonalds thinks about giving people cold food as this is not the 1st. McDonalds I have had cold food in and probably not the last. 0 star to McDonalds
