The best restaurants serving American food in Merton London

Estafa absoluta. No se lo recomendaría a nadie. Las papas fritas estaban frías y muy muy secas. La hamburguesa era insípida y tan cara. definitivamente no vale la pena. Burger King mucho más agradable y mucho mejor relación calidad-precio. Tan decepcionado. Nunca más lo tendré. Probablemente el peor de todos.

Normalmente nos encanta este pub, pero fuimos en Nochevieja y fue muy decepcionante. Intenté tomar una copa antes de medianoche, pero me dijeron que el personal no servía más y que eran sólo las 11: 40 pm. Habría sido genial si esto se ha comunicado con antelación (ya sea en el correo electrónico de confirmación de mi reserva o poniendo carteles alrededor del pub) .

Productos muy agradables, pero el personal era grosero en el quiosco móvil fuera de la tienda. No podían escuchar pedidos debido al ruido del tráfico y estaban apurando a los clientes. La caja se cerró y selló rápidamente antes de que pudiera ver las rosquillas, así que solo me di cuenta de que mi pedido estaba mal cuando llegué a casa. Muy decepcionante.

La comida tardó mucho más de una hora para la entrega y llegó absolutamente frío como piedra. Han perdido un cliente, lo difícil que puede ser cocinar hamburguesas con papas fritas, un montón de aficionados.

Solía visitar este restaurante cuando era conocido como NYeat. Parece que los nuevos propietarios sienten que pueden servir calidad barata por un alto precio. Mal servicio y sin ambiente. Se quejó a los gerentes que estaban desinteresados. Dejó el restaurante decepcionado. ¡Nunca más volveré!

Came in with a few friends for the bottomless brunch. Best food, best staff , continuous drinks! 10/10

Love their wings and the guys generous with chips and gave my extra wings too -happy regular customer

Ordered home delivery via Just Eat. Food provided was less than ordered and paid for. Tried calling the number on the receipt but would not connect. Found the landline number and called several times, all calls rejected after a few rings. Tried to give feedback via KFC website which required branch number from receipt. There wasnt one. Found branch number and tried again providing order number on recipt as required. Details not recognised so could not proceed. Imagine if every customer is given less than they’ve paid for then somebody is making a healthy and undeclared income at the expense of the paying customer. Having investigated fraud for very many years I would not advise anyone to order from this branch unless you are present in the store to see that you get what you paid for.

Very very rude staff who completely ignored us, google maps said they were open however when we arrived they shut the doors in front of us so we went to the drive through window, and waited in line for all the cars to go past first. They completely ignored us and gave us very dirty looks. Eventually after knocking someone answered who was very rude and said cars only. This I didn’t mind however they were still serving Uber drivers through a side door who were on foot. The staff we spoke to were extremely rude and unsympathetic that we walked over a mile and that google maps said it was open. I do not recommend this KFC. What is wrong with people why can’t basic manners be used. Also in front of us the manager was shouting at his employees.

Staff are lovely and place seemed great but not sure how a business such as KFC refuses Amex in 2024.. staff are lovely but could not get a meal with my only card.
