We called in last Thursday for food, both had the brisket and a few drinks, service was spot on and the food really good, thank you

We have been coming to Bagel Co it opened but today really took the cake. We came in around 9:30am, the gentleman at the counter was so welcoming and lovely, coffee was incredible and the bacon bagel I had was so nice I didn't want it to end. Big props to you all I had a wonderful experience today.

Had a loverly steak here and it was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent 👌. The room is very modern with a fabulous view over Lincoln and the cathedral.there is also a designer bar so had a tipple here too. Excellent afternoon.

We have ordered many times through uber eats and everytime there has been a issue; missing food, wrong food, wrong order etc. It seems the staff are completely incompetent. To make things worse, there is no direct phone number so we cannot contact the restaurant to correct. Just eat reviews all say the same. We are missing 1 burger, 1 drink, 1 added extras for another burger, wrong fries. Every time we have gone through uber customer support and sometimes they'll refund a portion. This time they offered £5.99 as a refund. The missing burger, without the extras was £7.99.

We love the addition of the family meals. Our food was delicious as always, great value for the money!

Understaffed and limited choice of menu. Poor value for money Won't be going again.

Was told to wait until we could be seated. Took over 10 minutes just to order. Food comes at different times at least 5 minutes apart. Lots of shouting across the restaurant from one member of staff which wasn’t the nicest. Some lovely members of staff but unfortunately wasn’t a good visit.

I have a serious allergy to fresh strawberries and we explained to staff and they were amazing at dealing with it and also putting our minds at rest of no risk! Brilliant to see an informed response to an allergy and staff going above and beyond for customers

Dropped in here on our way home as we were ravenously hungry. One of KFCs less aesthetically pleasing restaurants in the world. It genuinely has the feeling of walking into a transport cafe. A small seating area and enough serving space for the place to look busy if you go in with a friend. The food is almost up to the usual standard, but the atmosphere of the unit lets it down hugely. Far enough away from the hustle of the town centre to make you wonder how it keeps going at all.

Absolutely amazing. Awesome Staff, Awesome food, piping hot and perfectly seasoned and spiced. We were fearful because of low reviews on maps but oh god it’s absolutely amazing. I absolutely recommend. Staff were so nice and apologetic for our very short 1 minute wait!
