Wendys in Lincoln

We have ordered many times through uber eats and everytime there has been a issue; missing food, wrong food, wrong order etc. It seems the staff are completely incompetent. To make things worse, there is no direct phone number so we cannot contact the restaurant to correct. Just eat reviews all say the same. We are missing 1 burger, 1 drink, 1 added extras for another burger, wrong fries. Every time we have gone through uber customer support and sometimes they'll refund a portion. This time they offered £5.99 as a refund. The missing burger, without the extras was £7.99.

Went here today while visiting Lincoln. Food sound but never before had staff take my phone and leave a review complimenting themselves for a free Ice cream. I thought he was just searching the site for me to leave the review but left a review complimenting himself. Cheek of him. The food was good though but cheeky fella

Really tasty spot for some good fast food. More diverse range than similar fast food places (avocado chicken burger, topped fried, chilli, jacket potato, to name a few). More filling than Maccies and cheaper/better value too! Well placed, convenient and speedy service. Its clean, tidy, well kept and the post-mix drinks are self serve. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The biggie combo comes with burger, fries, nuggets and a drink, which is great! I ccouldn't finish my burger and topped fries. Didnt catch a photo before it was all gone!

This place is a weekly go to place the staff are amazing especially Danielle who always remembers us and is an asset to this branch. Her customer skills and knowledge is amazing. Burgers always how we want them as we are picky as anything. Fries always hot, I’ve had a few issues with products prior yet this was resolved promptly without questions asked which is so refreshing within this industry. We are loyal regular customers. Even the breakfasts are far superior than “other places” Keep up the good work Wendy :)

Came after a day session drinking never had a Wendy’s before really enjoyed it! Chicken burger fries and shared some loaded fries very good
