Having not been to The Greyhound for a year or so, I was thrilled with our choice. Nothing had changed, everything was as good as before. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. Despite the restaurant being busy, Service was prompt and friendly and the food ( Steak & Kidney Pie / Fruity Chicken Curry ) was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended. We certainly won't leave it so long till we return

Only giving it a three because maybe there were reasons … We decided to give this another go hoping the new owners had transformed it ! Nothing has changed in terms of decor , menus and ambience. We waited at the bar rang bell twice and no service. So we left … The amount of social media marketing that is done to encourage you to visit and then it’s less than inviting is so disappointing. There is so much competition in Usk so at this rate they do not stand a chance.

We tried this restaurant today during our Celtic manor resort stay and I'm glad we did. Alison warmly welcomed my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and she was able to guide us with food options. Food was really lovely and tasted good too. Good portions too esp the sea food platter. Will visit again if I'm in the area.

I was shocked that there were no disabled parking spaces and I had to drop my elderly disabled mother at the front entrance then drive a fair distance to the tennis courts car park to park my car. I am also disabled and have to use a walking mobility aid which was quite difficult as I had to walk on the main road to the venue to get back. There was no dropped kerb to allow me to use the very narrow inadequate footpath. Very very disappointed at the lack of disabled parking for such a large and well used venue.

The beer has always been of the highest quality that all other pubs in the local can only aspire.Well done
