Lovely Sunday lunch in a quaint little village pub. Typical prices for food and beverages but good quality. Will definitely return.

Love this lovely pub/inn, theres always a friendly vibe from staff, Everything ive tried ive never had a bad meal here, i have been a few times and im sure i will go back again soon

Having not been to The Greyhound for a year or so, I was thrilled with our choice. Nothing had changed, everything was as good as before. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. Despite the restaurant being busy, Service was prompt and friendly and the food ( Steak & Kidney Pie / Fruity Chicken Curry ) was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended. We certainly won't leave it so long till we return

We booked for us to go for a Christmas meal through messenger on Facebook. Booking was confirmed and they checked two days before that we were still going. We turned up about 45 minutes before our meal booking and the pub wasn’t open. We waited and half an hour before we were due to eat messaged to ask when the pub would open. Message back was that the chef should be there and would check. Got to allotted time and still no chef. We ended up finding somewhere else to eat. Got a message over an hour later that the chef was there now and we could go there to eat!! A really embarrassing situation when I had arranged this for friends.

Lovely little restaurant/pub- went here on a Friday evening for food, had drinks at the bar, and In the lounge area, the service was incredible we didn’t even tell them our booking name so I guess we were the last table in, they left us plenty of time and came to get us when the table was ready, they also picked up our drinks and carried them over to the table, remembering who had which drink( I like that as it is attention to detail and found it throughout the evening with our drinks, and food). The food was absolutely lovely, not a single complaint, service again exceptional. At no point did we feel rushed, and never felt we were unattended to, I liked the fact the restaurant was spacious yet cosy, they’ve not crammed in lots of tables like some restaurants do! We were surprised that the lounge area was not more busy with locals- such a sad shame, but none the less it was a lovely atmosphere and cosy feel. As a result of this and the great food, we had a fabulous night. When the bill came ……. Coughs! It was a tad pricey 👀 but then we enjoyed, and the service was probably the best I’ve had in years and I frequent quite a lot of restaurants abroad and in the UK! I would highly recommend.

Congratulations to management and staff for providing an excellent 18 hole par 3 course for members and guests. It was both testing and entertaining. Helps people hone their short game akills during this period of excessive and storms. Can't wait to play it again next week. Greens were Immaculate.

The beer has always been of the highest quality that all other pubs in the local can only aspire.Well done
