11 Short Bridge Street Health Loaded bar, Newtown SY16 1AA Wales, Wales
Visiting the area and decided to try Health loaded . Unsure what to expected but it certainly didn't disappoint .we had chicken Andalusian with brown rice and steamed veg, salmon ,rice and roast veg and chickpea curry. The flavours of all the dishes were amazing and all beautiful cooked . Portions were generous and really good value for money .
Great food,thank u
Great wee shop and petrol station. We filled up with £20.00 OF diesel, the maximum allowed. It has outside seating. Great wee shop with the obvious needs covered. We made a donation to the food bank as well. A few welsh language magazines were for sale. Postcards and newspapers. Very friendly place and obviously a mainstay of the community.
This b&b is in a great location. Gale and John are the perfect hosts. Nothing is to much trouble. The room was perfect nice an spacious. Had a great 5 night sleep here and definitely returning for future events.
I had just finished a section of Offa's Dyke path with a friend and really needed a sit down and something to drink whilst we waited for a bus- we were directed to Lynne's Coffee Shop and spent an hour or so there- lovely coffee, scones and crumpets and a wonderful warm welcome. We would have tried the tempting sausage casserole had we not eaten a full English breakfast 3 hours earlier! Brilliant, we'll be back when we do the next section in the spring.
Excellent espresso served properly with iced water. Very friendly and warm from all who worked there. Our dogs were made very welcome. We sat outside in the pretty little garden. With out asking a dish of fresh water was brought out for the dogs. We will definitely go back again when in that area
Love this pub, best pub I've been in by far , lovely people , live bands all weekend , good old pub with a great atmosphere and loads of personalities.
after struggling to find a pub that does food or only Sunday lunch we went in here and it was great, freindly staff and good honoest food at a decent price!
Louise & Sophie were very welcoming for our planned visit. All the food came piping hot- there was 15 of us!! Excellent food, very tasty & reasonably priced too. Louise even put the ice cream machine on for some delicious whippy ‘99’ ices which were lovely. This little diner is spotlessly clean, the decor is a great take on retro. Lovely atmosphere. If you haven’t called in to sample the food then you’re missing out!! We are definitely going back, well worth a visit.
After putting my first order in on line I have gone back many times as they are the very best you can try, I would recommend to all as you will not be disappointed 5/5*
Lovely place in a lovely town.
Great ambience, pleasant and attractive decor and environment and a 5 star service
The bar maids - Jess and Lucy are friendly, a pleasure to chat with, and not only barmaids but cocktail connoisseurs that make a great tipple!
Fabulous drinks, fast service, and a pleasurable environment to be in.
Not to mention - even though the place is pleasant enough with no trouble - the security there does a fab job in helping keep the place run smoothly even though he looks like an extra from Vikings.
Well done to all the lounge! Definitely reccomed a visit here for a nice evening out :)
Very welcoming. Lovely, lovely ladies.
Food is homemade and tasty. We had bacon, brie and cranberry panini and a ham and pickle sandwich. Ham was homecooked. Eccles cakes afterwards - my, how nice were they?
I love this place. They could fill a place twice the size.
I can't say enough about it. Do stop by if you're in the area.
Also had a wood turning demonstration at Neds Yard round the corner.
Parking and toilets.
