A great find, the factory shop is fabulous value offering large cakes pies cheesecakes etc at greatly reduced prices. Some cakes may be damaged but we've had lots which have been good to serve to friends and family. Take your freezer bags as the cakes are all frozen this will hopefully allow you to pop them in the freezer once you're home

Excellent meal from an extensive menu made for a grand family evening. If, like us, you have a wheelchair user in the family, I would strongly recommend mentioning the fact when booking.

Lovely food, friendly excellent service. Will be back again soon. Popadoms and dips were fresh, starters were large and the mains were really tasty.

Beware. 10 percent service charge on food. Does anywhere else in Powys do this? Plus over three quid for half of lager. Jeez.

We have been ordering from here since we moved into the area two years ago and the quality of the food has been excellent. Service is always on time with very hot and fresh food.

So disappointed! This used to be a lovely place to go for a meal. It now is not. The selection of cakes poor, the hot food looked disgusting and so I settled for a cold drink from the fridge and a cheese toasty. The fridge smelt musty and there was mould on the seals. It was in a can so felt would be safe to drink non the less. Ordered and was offered a glass for my drink. A nice touch I thought. I sat down to be surrounded by dirty tables which needed clearing. The glass I was given was filthy and so put to one side. On waiting for my lunch a look around reveals dirty walls, greasy pictures (for sale!!! Yuk!!!! How long have they been there????) and not a pleasant place to be at all. Lunch arrived. Limp lettuce, limp cucumber (just one piece!) and a tiny bit of tomato. The coleslaw too look sub standard and sad. The toasty edible but boring without the accompaniments I pushed to one side for fear of food poisoning. How this place has a 5 star food hygiene rating I’m not quite sure. The staff pleasant and not miserable as per previous posts but did lack a little charisma maybe. All in all a quite unpleasant lunch and incredibly disappointing. The place needs some tlc and perhaps stop relying on the older generation and coach parties who may not even notice these things. Will certainly not be returning.

Lovely experience with my family the male bar staff were lovely and the young lady who served our food was so sweet. The food was so good wasn’t expecting it to be that nice we will be visiting again soon thank you for the lovely experience

Been a few times and normal leave happy. But unfortunately the last few times I've visited in the early hours of the morning I've been told the tills are updating and orders can't be taken for around 20 minutes. Obviously only a slight inconvenience but kind of defeats the object of being 24hours and wanting to grab a quick snack after work.

slow absolutely slow, rude absolutely rude, i cannot comprehend how bland the meal was. stale bread, didn’t seem very italian. asked for some cheesy balls, they said NO, i can’t be bothered to cook them. had a great time!
