Best Kebab in Powys

It's just a really naff kebab. Maybe I'm spoilt but I expected a naan bread with meat, salad and sauce inside it rather than a depressed DIY pitta bread.

Great place, always deliver delish pizzas and the staff are super friendly

Food arrived 1 hour late! When it arrived one meal was missing, called them and they said it would be another 30 mins! For my partner to start eating and the Kofte to be raw!!! Called them back and he put the phone down! Discusting! Stay away and never use them!

Today I drove for 3 hours for my wife's work... the next time will be for another donner kebab from here! Everything is fresh, the portion sizes is really impressive and the welcome from the staff was like old friends even though we had never met, absolutely incredible

Best kebab used to be my go to place to get takeout food. But since it’s been taken over by different owners few years ago it’s never been the same. A month or so ago we had our order delivered wrongly so we called to say that some things were missing, only to be met with a rude person on the phone telling us to come to the shop and get it ourselves. I had food poisoning after eating their food twice, and I don’t know if I want to risk having it again. It’s a real shame because it really used to be the best kebab in town. Also the delivery drivers are so lovely

Very good pizza but I wait more than expected

Ordered 2 large chicken kebabs with salad, chicken nicely cooked , but when you ask for salad I didn’t expect a very small amount of lettuce and a teaspoon amount of red cabbage and pitta breads that we couldn’t even put our food into . For the price I would certainly want more than received. Over priced for the amount you get.

Worse kebab house in welshpool, food is crap and customer service is crap over 45 minutes late and wanted me to still pay for food that was cold.

Best doner/takeaway place in not only welshpool but arguably in the entirety of Wales. Staff are always so pleasant and never forget a face so you always feel welcome. 10/10 would eat again!

looks like a household of 5 will not be ordering here anymore. our order has increased by a total of 18% after the last price hike, the quality seems to have somehow got worse?!

Worst pizza ever ,asked for extra garlic? I really hate Garlic mayo? Wanted proper garlic not really mayo garlic, felt so sick .Really sorry but really horrible garlic mayo? Why?not ask ? What people want? Really sorry ,just eaten 2 pieces? Wouldn't go again, sorry x

Absolutely disgusting. Rock hard chips and raw onion rings wich cost me £8.70 absolutely shocking proce for disgusting food. Stick to babas

I was very hungry and it was OK food. But when a place calls them zelfs "best kabab" I do not expect OK kabab.

My partner had donner meat with cheese and a couple of hours later he had sickness and diarrhea so won't be eating here again.

This place sorted me out I was stuck in my truck on the A483 in a layby for the night had no food one phone call spoke to a nice girl who took my location and sent me my food thanks to her and the delivery driver it was very much appreciated/excellent food as well

Well for months we had fantastic food from here but last 2 months don't know what's happened but gone completely down hill. Last few kebabs be burnt dry and well over cooked. Then last 2 times took well over hour to deliver when stared 45min. Shame as was so good but lost my custom

their pizza was actually inedible....shame because the seemd like friendly people but the taste was awful and i could not eat it as it tasted off.

We have used best kabab for many years and normally our first choice, however after the meals that we received lately have been unedible and left hungry. We are very disappointed and needless to say we wont be going there again

Delicious food. The staff took the time to patiently answer our questions and explain the various meats, the food was delicious and plentiful. They also kindly gave us a complimentary drink - a pleasant surprise!

Good food went down well kids enjoyed a Nutella pizza mixed kebab just the job home time and bed time for the kids nice trip home full tummys

1st choice when I fancy a kebab or burger the fresh chicken burgers are top notch none of the usual reformed rubbish. Good prices friendly staff need I say more.

Called back after a delivery to explain tgat they had forgotten my salad, I didn't make an issue with it but I did expect a sorry of some sort, the guy spoke poor English, so the he passed the phone to the manager she was very rude so she had it back. We used to order weekly as the food was never an issue but we haven't been there since, baba alis across the road is far better but does not deliver.

Brilliant food! Donna meat is lush! Good portion size. Good price too. I've heard legend of a 22 inch pizza.... Is this just myth? I'll have to find out!

We have ordered food from here rather a lot lately due to working late in Welshpool and every time we have had something thing different a burger, kebab and pizza the service is always quick and friendly and the food is hot and taste lovely we will always use best kebab for the above reasons

I phoned this take away to see if they delivered to Leighton, which they said they did so we got our order together and phoned back, and back, and back and it was permanently engaged so I had to get out of my pj's and go out with my wet hair to order and collect. They discovered that the phone had not been put down properly and were very apologetic and gave us free garlic bread to say sorry. The food was very nice and at least we got to watch the master pizza maker at work.

We often order from Best Kebab and the pizzas and kebabs are excellent very tasty plus the added bonus is they deliver free of charge, the shop is kept immaculately clean and tidy - well worth a try

Ramazan is my hero top man! It is the best kebab in the world bar non! Does the best pizzas I recommend spicy chicken and also does a chicken kebab that it to die for!

No cabe duda de que no es 'lo mejor' kebab. Welshpool Kebab House es 100% mejor, con su comida y servicio.

Lugar muy agradable para tomar un llevar. Solía ser mi lugar favorito para recoger un cordero con salsa de ajo Hay ya que era excepcional, pero últimamente, la carne ha sido un poco gristly. Como siempre están tan encantador e incluso entregar localmente me trasladé a otras comidas. Al final me conformé con una pizza (vegetariano con piña y no pimientos) verde ... perfecto cada vez.

Would be nice if they answered the phone to place an order, never had a problem with the food before apart from couple of weeks ago when o ordered a chicken kebab and the chicken was inedible couldn't even bend it, way over cooked and waited 35 mins for it

I have to say never had a bad meal from this place, the food is always spot on and the staff so friendly. I usually have a delivery but on the odd occasion myself or my husband has been in the place always looks clean and tidy. The food always arrives within the time stated, is always warm and whoever is delivering they are always nice and friendly, especially the lady who delivers (very sorry but can't remember her name.) The fact they deliver is also a real plus point as other takeaways in the local area don't offer this service. Despite being the only ones to deliver they also manage to beat the others on price. Would highly recommend.
