Stopped for a coffee on way home and was pleasantly surprised. Young lad was there and explained how everything worked. It's self service but we were lucky to have him there... he's from local farm and owns it..to tells us about it...also very fresh eggs from the big vending machine inside (and some cakes). Well worth a visit if you're passing through Coupar Angus.

Great little shop and the coffee is top notch too! This shop has you covered with all your essentials and more. Even a few lux items like almonds croissants) (and some great burgers are available. Definitely no need to bring food along with you. Also a great chat to have a wee chat with the locals or bask in the sun #scotlandisatropicalparadise 😉

Can't believe like entering a home look cafe. Beautiful Christmas decorations, friendly staff, even those we are an hour before dooe close to ask for a meal. The staff ... should be an enthusiastic couple, introduce some interesting place nearby to us. We have a wonderful lunch in here. Should try the Best taste hot chocolate. Warmly remind , there are not much seat available.

I asked yum yum an assortment of sandwiches for a party for my kids. I told them to keep it simple, 2 veggie options, 2 types of bread... Everything was done perfectly right, and tasty. They did a really reasonable price. But I didn't expect them to warp the sandwiches in a special packaging to keep it longer, with a label with all the ingredients, allergens and use by dates... On top of that, every time I go there, they are always very friendly.

Since we had set up camp in the village we wanted to have breakfast so we went with the motto where locals go to eat, it can't be a bad thing. We were warmly welcomed into the small, down-to-earth coffee shop run by the owner. It was our first time there and we were given very good advice. He recommended the Scottish breakfast, which he tried in small portions since we were eating it for the first time with haggis and black pudding. We were very pleasantly surprised. And it was cheap too. A few days shortly before our departure we had dinner there again. Repeatedly good fresh quality. Simply delicious and highly recommended. Food was top quality. We will definitely come back when we are in Scotland again. So kessy retiring isn't possible, you're too good for that. Kind regards from good old Germany from Monika and Jörg
