A good restaurant with kind and friendly staff. Food was excellent and venue very relaxing. It was my first time and i will come back.

Visited Betty's a few times since moving to Blackburn last year. We love this place! Great pub grub food, always tasty food and decent portions. The Sunday roast is honestly the best I've ever had from a restaurant - meat and trimmings cooked to perfection! The staff are always lovely too!

Had the Best Cullen Skink for long time. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you have never tried HAWK Wok you are missing something special

Lovely wee gem of a place for a coffee & cake in Kintore. Not quite sure where to park as there seems to be parking beside/behind. Also, the entrance is at the side and not very well sign posted so people inside waiting for the rest of their parties to arrive were shouting and pointing "to go round the side" through the window. Met my friend for brunch and had poached eggs on toast. Great poached eggs as they were perfectly cooked! Cakes looked amazing but we refrained. Maybe next time. Would recommend a visit and will certainly be going back for another visit.

What a lovely evening, great food, friendly staff and the quiz was a bonus. What a laugh the place was buzzing.

Popped in along for fish and chips with family to take home whilst on holiday. Excellent service from entering the chip shop, young friendly and professional staff, one way system through from till to collection of food. Food is cooked fresh to order so was nice and pipping hot. Definitely be back.

Went for a carvery. Service was very slow. Sat for half an hour before someone asked if we had ordered. Finally got our carvery after having to ask as no one explained. Portion size was pretty shocking. Had what should have been a slice of gammon, turkey and beef.... was actually half a slice each. The beef was more fat than meat. It felt like they were trying to keep as much as they could for other customers. Kept hearing one of the staff asking how many carveries was left. My plate was made up of mostly cabbage. My daughter went for a small carvery (not a child's carvery) and the chef asked if 1 slice of meat was ok! It's a small carvery we ordered. She didn't go for a standard as she thought it maybe too much. She had pretty much exactly the same on her plate as the rest of the family. £18 i thought was ridiculous for what we had on the plate. Husband asked for another drink when we sat down and he didn't get it until after his meal, when he had to ask again for it. I asked for a dessert menu for kids. It consisted of all ice cream and sundaes. No actual desserts. My son doesn't eat ice cream. The waitress said there was desserts on the main menu.... yeah £8.50 for a 6 year old is a no! The restaurant wasn't busy but the person in charge seemed more interested in other tables. After this experience we wouldn't recommend for a meal. We have all left feeling disappointed.

Lovely place....food delicious ample portion size ...menu caters for all tastes...I opted for the steak pie..and my friend the olives...both were delish..will def return..well worth a visit...

We visited Saturday 9/10/21 , restaurant was quiet when we arrived but very quickly most of the tables were taken. Person who greeted us was very welcoming and friendly as were all the staff on duty. Food was very tasty, would recommend the pate and seafood mornay. I would go so far as to say that this was the most enjoyable meal out all round that I’ve had for quite some time. Reasonably priced too; bill for 4 people - 11 courses and 5 soft drinks was £113. Thank you!

I got a fish supper from here last week. The food was really good. The service was good and I would definitely come back again.

2 hours for delivery. Food missing. Half filled curry tub. Tried calling and got no sense over phone. Avoid avoid avoid. Worst worst worst ever

Fantastic place. Plenty parking, great choice of yummy ice cream. The pizzas looked amazing, will definitely go back to try one. Outside pods really handy if weather is bad and beautiful flowers everywhere

Really disappointing and extremely overpriced. Not a bad cup of coffee and young girl that served us was really good but that's where the positives end. We popped in for a spot of lunch and were really disappointed we had a sandwich and a wrap. For the prices we were being charged would have expected at least a side salad and a couple crisps. But in the case of the crispy chicken wrap I got what seemed like soggy chicken nuggets and cheap garlic mayo a total of 4 bites sitting sadly in the middle of the plate.. at least a Sainsbury's next door to get something else to eat
