The best restaurants in North West Dumfries Dumfries & Galloway Lowlands

Unfortunately this place has went downhill. Chips and Onion Rings were reheated and unedible. Probably left from last night as I was in at 6pm on a Monday. Nowhere should be reheating food. Pizza was ok, but base was still doughy. I'll not be back. Do not recommend. --------------‐-------------------------------------------------- 3years ago Staff are friendly, food is great and cooked to order so you may have a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. Prices are reasonable and there are some great meal deals.

Absolutely disgusting food and worse service found plastic in my Biriani , dodgy stomach after and served by the Indian undertaker if I’m ill tomoz I know why ! £73 for a kids plate of chips and bare attitude!!

Eaten here 3 times every order was wrong, food was not as good as I expected, wont be back, pepes on the sands is lots better

15:30 Monday 16th September.. Our server was utterly flat, appearing like every request was a hassle, no thanks or even a hint of a smile, I felt really uneasy and wanted to leave, but I'd paid already, I will not be back to this store, terrible way to be in a customer service roll.

Really need to do something about the environmental damage done around this place. I know it’s not them that drops the litter. I know they even have litter pickers which do a decent job. More needs to Be done to prevent the litter issue.

I used to like visiting here but it is going downhill fast.The man on the counter was the most miserable person i have ever seen,he didn't smile once and was quite abrupt in his manner.This could have been due to him being alone at the counter doing everything whilst 3 staff members worked the drive thru.Service was really painfully slow even when another employee started helping.The entire restaurant was filthy,no tables were being cleaned and there was rubbish all over the floor.I probably won't return to this branch.

The first time I've ever had greasy slimy chicken. Absolutely vile. Also the staff find it acceptable to laugh and act like infants front of house. Last time i visited this place.

Guy in there was amazing. But he wasn't serving me. The older woman was standing there talking for 5 minutes to the customer the guy was serving and I was standing there for a good 5 minutes while my chips got cold even move them in fron of her and she continued to talk away haha. Joke
