Eaten here 3 times every order was wrong, food was not as good as I expected, wont be back, pepes on the sands is lots better

Wonderful food tonight from chilli flames

Waited 54 mins on a Monday evening between ordering and food being ready, only one other person ahead of me. God knows how they cope when they are busy. Roast chicken dishes were nice, falafel salad and mixed veg not great

Chili flames is recently under new management and I must say its amazing. The service we received tonight was nothing but lovely. The staff were so helpful and patient with my questions. I'd had this place a few times before the new management and the food was OK, but its SO SO good now. The loaded Mexicana fries were amazing, well cooked fries and great rice and chicken (I got the lemon and herb cuz I can't handle spice, but the husband loved the hot spice on his chicken burger). Will definitely be making this our monthly take out.

New owners are very friendly and helpful food is absolutely delicious will definitely be going back very soon cannot fault a thing

Delivery was over half an hour late with the wrong order (someone else's) said they would fix and bring back the correct food in another 30 mins. Gave up waiting after an additional 3 hours. Order never arrived

Wagon driver heading to stranrear for tomorrow mornings ferry. Needed a break so i goggle searched burgers near by. Chilli s came up. Along with 2 other places. I will definitely try the other 2 places next time as was truly disappointed. Burger was tougher than a steak, Chips were sorta OK but for a 10er it definitely wasn't worth the money. Sorry guys

First time in the shop for our works Friday treat..... will now defiantly be our new regular spot. food was great, very tasty and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. would highly recommend.

Since when does "Fresh, fast n grilled" describe something thats microwaved?Went to try the chicken rice box as going by the picture it looked well tasty. But i was shocked to see the young guy taking this tiny box out the fridge - obviously the rice thats been made earlier - and heat it in a microwave! And while that was "cooking" he proceeded to chop up a couple of bits of grilled chicken tben add it to the heated rice box with a dollop of sauce and mix it up

3 tries to get our order . Still never got it all . Arrived earlier than expected so how come it was cold . Unimpressed . First time buyer . Last time customer . There is better by far in town . Shame as it’s new and looks like a nice place

Sadly, very disappointed. I was super excited about this place as I love flame grilled wings and burgers. Unfortunately the double cheese burger I ordered for my son only had 1 and a half patties in it (so not really a double) The 2 Jalapeño burgers I ordered were so over cooked and charred it killed the flavour. The lads who work there seem nice enough-but the dude on the grill needs training, and the big dude on food prep (with an impressive top knot) needs to be wearing a hair net or something. Not sure we'll be returning here unless things improve. Please do better 🙏

ordered 445 , stated pick up time 5.32, never got food until 6.13. food OK but shocking waiting times like the rest of the customers.... won't be back

Four meals ordered in shop,waited ages which is understandable as the staff are getting used to it all,all meals apart from the loaded fries were cold, burger was like an ice hockey puck in size and texture,salad was woeful.

4 staff on and couldn't get a two meal order correct. Microwaved chicken. Woeful salad. Wrong sauce. Wedges undercooked...... Still waiting on a refund. On a positive note though; the guys on duty were having a great day. Lots of laughter, taking it Nice and easy. Nice one. Not.

Stunning food great place and well priced fast service and fantastic customer service. If you don't like hot they do lemon garlic.

Too much sauce on the peri naan. Burger was too dry and loaded fries were disgusting. Wont be back!

Just had the Peri Naan for lunch. Whilst tasty enough the naan wrap and its contents were stone cold. I'm assuming it should have been hot? The order was collected and eaten in my office 2 mins walk away so can't blame delivery time. My colleagues Flames Original Wrap was also cold.

Had the Mexicana burger and it was great! Can see the staff are still learning so can only get better.

Sadly disappointed. Placed order in store and waited for it. Bread is tough as its microwaved rather than warmed on a griddle. No lemon n herb taste to the chicken. Coleslaw is your bog standard smart price coleslaw at a price of £1.99 per tub. There were no other orders when I ordered but 5 staff and they managed to serve me cold fries which aren't actually fries as we know them but McCain frozen chips. Limited choice of drinks and only Coke Zero for sugar free. Staff were pleasant but at £7.99 for an unimpressive lunch I wouldn't go back. Think you need to up your game if you want to stay open.

Outstanding food! Really busy and had a fair wait which is expected as they've just opened. Will be back again and again nonetheless!

Don’t go there go to the Palmerston next to it. It would be 10x better

Waited 10 mins to be served and I was stood at the counter on my own at 1630. Food was cold when I got home, 5 minute drive away. Will not be going again and I would use Palmerston chippy or Kenny Chinese next door.

One of first customers in shop and experienced a 45 minute without an apology, for what can only be described as mediocre food. Facebook advertisement definitely looks better than the food you purchase in store. Wouldn't go back again

Hype for nothing food was freezing cold and I collected it too so no excuses there. Do yourself a favour and go next door to palmerston cafe

35 min wait for 2 homemade burgers tough as old boots and tasteless chips and onion rings were ok I was not impressed
