ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Good always delicious and arrives fast! They forgot our garlic dip, when I called to ask for dip they were appologetic, next thing A FREE MEAL arrives at my door to compensate for the pizza without the dip! I called to thank them and all they said was We just want to please!” That says it all! Food was delicious, on time and these guys ate so courteous and care. Five stars +++

This is the second time of trying the loaded fries, massive portion and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended

Got my first pizza here and it was terrible. The chicken they must use is all the scraps and giblets doesn't taste great at all on the pizza. Went in the bin. Was looking forward to it aswell. Will uy from somewhere else

Ordered a large mushroom pakora, when it arrived I got a box of wrinkly deep fried mushrooms .....no batter!! I called to notify and was told that's how they are, it's a light batter, I've ordered the mixed pakora multiple times which contains mushrooms and I assure you they come in a crispy red batter , which is why we decided to get a large box of just mushroom pakora this time , totally bluffed me off on the phone, weren't interested in my complaint, when my husband called back they were totally different on the phone and advised him to contact just eat who are giving us a refund, absolutely appalling service, never again

The food was brilliant, and we are really grateful to be able to get food delivered to such a rural location! The customer service from the restaurant and the delivery driver was excellent and friendly. However the food took two hours to arrive after ordering, which was 45 minutes later than the latest estimated delivery time. But that was our only gripe and reasonable due to the rural area. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusting food and worse service found plastic in my Biriani , dodgy stomach after and served by the Indian undertaker if I’m ill tomoz I know why ! £73 for a kids plate of chips and bare attitude!!

got the lamb biriyani and the cheese naan. the biriyani had 2 bits of lamb and was more a veg biriyani that anything else. also my naan came plain. was very disappointed also with portion size compared to other places

Amazing. Tried the spicy chicken as well tonight. Magic. Loved it. My new fav along with the usual tikka masala. Really quick service and for me when I collected it. The place was spotlessly clean. Def a 5* from me.

Got meal deal for 1 . No taste to any of food what so ever. rice was sitting in water pakora was soggy , sauce tasted nothing like pakora sauce was more like red mayo but watered down ,chips where over cooked where like daggers salad was soggy to n died red defo worst Indians I've had . AVOID 100%

Visiting the area- ordered due to previous reviews and it didn’t disappoint. 5*

poppadoms and samosas were nice, along with the spiced onions, however the rogan josh we were expecting to be significantly spicier than it was, this rogan josh was about as spicy as a korma, whereas the madras was pure spice and nothing else. disappointing.

Thought the rice and chicken were a bit over cooked, but otherwise everything was great and tasty.

collection said ready in 20 mins , was sent a collection message after 10 mins. Then phoned the shop to add to order and was all ready when I went to collect. fantastic service, would definitely recommend.

bottom half of bun was inedible as it was soaked from the tomato and condensation from being put in a polystyrene box straight away. and the tomato and cucumber wasn't fresh

Good evening, I ordered a korma and asked for a wee bit of spice (medium). The meal we have received is inedible due to be too much spicy! I highly doubt anyone tried it before serving. Very disappointing after using India Palms for years.

Good food well worth it every time

King kebab order with other items arrived in naan bread. No salad. No sauce. Order checked and they were in the order. Just slabs of dry tasteless meat in a slightly burnt naan bread. Who ever put this together failed the order miserably and it was awful like that.

the restaurant phoned when they didn't have enough to complete our order and asked if an alternative would suit. very generous with what we received as a replacement! really good customer service 👍

Food was nice but called and said it would be another £5 to driver on top of delivery fee on £3 as we were just outside the area so £8 delivery on a £62 order! If it’s outside the area it should not be accepted the order

I ordered pizza and two burger meals at 18:40. No message was sent to collect, I phoned an hr later to be told it’s been waiting for me. When I collected the burgers and chips were soggy and sweating and the cans had been left in the bag so they were very warm. I then receive a text from Just Eat at 20:20 to inform me that ‘Your order’s ready to collect now.’ Bad customer service and standards. More than willing to take the money. I’ve not ordered from Indian Palms before and I will not again.

Driver is at best economical with the truth.I have never had an issue before with India Palms and use them often yet this delivery driver is woeful and has left us a luke warm £24 pizza that took 90 minsto get 1.5 miles.Sack him!!

It was a bit cold and it took longer than expected. Quality of food was faultless. Would use again but could have picked it up sooner and it would have been fresher.

Haven't been here for a while, but it still has great food, prices and service. Would have posted a photo, but we scoffed the lot too quickly as it were so nice.
