This cafe run for and by special needs young people and is a welcoming place for coffee and cake while employing those who are disadvantaged by normal employers. Very friendly atmosphere.

Tucked away on Orbiston Street (behind Windmillhill Street) this is a cafe you could easily miss but well it's worth seeking it out. Parking is available and there's an outside seating area for those sunny Motherwell days. Run by Hope United Church, this welcoming, family friendly cafe space serves excellent freshly prepared food (paninis, wraps, baked potatoes, Scottish breakfasts, home made soup) and some of the best coffee in Motherwell. The only downside is... it's currently only open on Fridays and Saturdays. A great spot for an end of week treat.

Attended for Christmas lunch with colleagues. Three course lunch with coffee for £16. Good service. This restaurant is the showcase for final year hospitality students at New College Lanarkshire. Open to the public.

Great food full of flavours that hit the taste buds. I had the halloumi burger and cajun mac and cheese and chorizo fries with chipolte Mayo. It was fantastic. Quick and easy service too

Found this place by accident when home for a visit! Amazing desserts, great selection and lovely/friendly staff!!! Highly recommend! Definitely coming back!

Was once a bit of a dive back in the 80s & 90s but now arguably the best boozer in Motherwell (although the choice nowadays is fairly limited).

just been to try the new chefs cuisine. I had the steak pie and my friend had the chicken stroganoff and it was so good Fantastic value for money and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. go try it you will not be disappointed

I popped into roma for breakfast while attending motherwell for shopping . First of all the welcome was lovely and they are very pleasant and welcoming. Secondly when asked to change some things on mu breakfast this wasn't a bother to them . I waited less than 5 monutes to be served and a total of 10 minutes from ordering to receiving my breakfast . Over all my hreLgadt was cooked beautifully and well presented .

Food cold, served chips that were freezing, the ferno wrap i got was also half hot like it had been microwaved

First time using this place, thought l'd try a new take away. Chicken noodle soup was bland and looked depressing and the chicken chow mein was stinking. No flavour what so ever. Couldn't even manage half of it, making me boak. Will not be back. Would not recommend. Friendlies and Tao are the best ones about.

Well thank you for taking our booking and ruining our pre Christmas night out….arrived as a family and told NO chef the ONWER hasn’t turned up for work as NO dinner for us before pantomime so hope your business goes as well as you did our our one night out together..folks stay away…

Always loved the food here and thought it was reasonably priced but went on Sat 24th Aug and was charged £15 for a breakfast, chicken ferno (no chips) and 2 drinks. I queried the price of the breakfast and was told it was £7. Used to get a buttered roll and hot drink with a breakfast, but got neither. The ferno without chips must have cost £5 which is a massive price increase. I certainly won't be rushing back.
