This is a brilliant coffee shop. I can’t rate it highly enough. Excellent baking and lunches. Staff are always friendly. More people need to know about this place. I come here regularly.

Used Just Eat to place our lunch order with Low’s for the first time. Was delighted with both the food and the quick delivery. It was only a quick lunch of hot dogs and chips but everything was hot and tasty. The young lady who delivered our order was polite and friendly. Will definitely use again.

We dropped in here Sunday teatime hoping to be lucky with a free table, and we were!👍 The staff, food, music and atmosphere were all excellent. Austin in particular looked after us - thank you very much👏 Our pizza's were superb- ham, mushroom and mascapone. Tricolore- tomato, mozzarella & basil, both highly recommended👌 We left feeling replete😊 Update on Monday - we have met the owner- Toni, whilst he was doing some shopping in the local supermarket. Yesterday, he was 'home delivery driver' on his day off. Today, he recognised us and had time for a chat with us. A lovely fella, who is running an exceptionally good Italian restaurant.

Came to see a show with friends. We had a nice pre theatre meal beforehand but the restaurant felt very warm. The theatre is upstairs. The stairs are difficult to traverse - the carpet feels thick and spongy and I witnessed an older lady almost falling as we were leaving. The show was great but the theatre was hotter than the gates of hell. Apparently the manager had turned the temperature down to 22°! The recommended temperature for your home is between 19° and 21°. The theatre was packed so the combination of 22° combined with lots of hot bodies probably pushed the temperature up again. It felt unbearable. I totally understand that they don't want guests to feel cold but turning the heating right down and reacting if people complain it's cold would be more sensible. It kind of puts me off going again because no-one wants to exit feeling like a sweaty mess.

Disappointing. Food was not great. Ordered sourdough bread to share and it was still frozen. Vegetable Fajitas came with tiny dishes of cheese and avocado and no side dish to put it together. Partners steak was tiny with oven chips and no vegetables at £24. ! Long wait for food. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

Arrived here for lunch, only to find it closed and shuttered. As I stood there in disbelief, a helpful lady passed by, and told me it had moved to Westblackhall St, next door to the building society. PHEW!!! Nothing has changed except the location. Still providing great filled hot rolls at reasonable prices.

On a cruise vacation stopped for an excursion and once complete we headed into town. We asked two separate shop clerks where they would recommend that we go for lunch... both recommended this restaurant without hesitation. My wife being vegetarian was easily able to find her choices from the menu. Our waitress was lovely tending to us and ensuring that we were pleased with our visit. The Pasta and sauce were AMAZING to the point I started telling the other patrons that "Rumor has it that the chef trained under Gordon Ramsey" It was THAT good!

Great food, price and service! KK has a wide variety of dishes that would suit your palette. I normally order my food through Clyde Eats App and I have always received my food piping hot and delicious well within the estimated time. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Thanks KK Chinese Restaurant. Side note.....my spend per person(£10 -£20) includes starter, main and delivery.

We visited Priyas Palace for a 60th birthday celebration on the 14th February 2025. I popped in earlier in the evening to check if we needed to book for a table a 8pm for 7 people, as we expected it to be quite busy. We were told we did not need to book. When we arrived we received a warm welcome and shown to our table. It was not that busy. They took drink orders and brought back popadums and chutneys, etc. Once the drinks were delivered they took our food order. We ordered 3 mixed platters to start, which were good. I ordered the Chicken Jalfrezi, we shared a few rice and vegetable dishes. I found the sauce to have to much tomato flavour, but other than that it was nice. The staff were friendly and efficient.
