On three recent occasions Captains have not been able to fulfil my order and a cheaper alternative was agreed. They have not refunded the difference despite me sending two separate issues via their website contacts page. They have not even bothered to contact me. Food is good but customer service is poor especially when they overcharge but do not refund.
God. The £17 cheeseburger was painfully unseasoned. That’s a lot of money for a mid burger. The fries that came with were all broken. I gave up on them because whenever I went to dip, the sauce got on to my fingers.
I only ended up eating here because the place the front desk recommended gave me really cold food.
The dessert was a mid dessert.
Ordered dinner tray which was not up to standard was burnt thick pizza sauce had to much tomato sauce taste as for the fish chips they were ok but you guys really need to put standards up for food been freshly made
Order - Chicken Omelette with Cheese and salad ( but never got the salad) and Chips and Gravy Sauce
The Chicken Omelette whatever cheese they used I didn't like and whatever spice they used took over the taste of the chicken omelette so wasn't enjoyable The Gravy Chips was nice though and the chips that came with the Chicken Omelette
Overall didn't enjoy it at all and for that reason only giving 2 stars and that's just because of the Gravy Chips
I would never get from again and only ordered from there as late and wanted to try something new and there was only a handful of places open in Glasgow when wanting to order

Second time nipping in to get my dinner in the last few weeks. Asked for chicken and char su fried rice and asked for extra ham in it as well. First time they never added the ham second time they added ham but didn't put in chicken despite paying extra both times. Foods alright and it's convenient for me as it's near my work but it's not good enough to warrant going back again when they clearly don't care about getting the order correct.
