Worst meal I've had. 90% went in the bin.

Salir con los nietos que pueden ser muy exigentes. El personal era muy paciente, todos disfrutamos de nuestra comida. El personal y no solo nuestro servidor alegraron el día a los niños. Sin duda volveremos.

Entró en greggs y le pidió a la mujer detrás del mostrador cuatro horneadas vegetarianas. Dijo que solo le quedaban festivos así que pedí cuatro. Al comer el primero pensé que tenía pollo, pero pensé que tal vez quorn. Mi marido mordió el suyo y tenía tocino. Fue la mujer con máscara facial la que me aseguró que eran vegetarianos y que su manera tampoco era muy agradable. ¡¡No volverás!!

Ordered online for collection on way bk from Glasgow late last night everything seemed fine til early this morning first my friend started having stomach pains then sickness it then hit me abt five am abdominal cramping sickness etc I’ve bn in bed all day with severe pain only able hold down water freind the same

Stood waiting to be served for 10 minutes and a waitress walked past umpteen times without saying a word.Not be back there.

The older team Member (won’t say name ). But they will Know who they are, Why work There when clearly you cannot be bothered, Pass here regularly, they are run out or they are cold, Their attitude is well, what do you want me to do about it, What ever happened to customer service. Smile and thank you, one of the rudest small hut or cabin Greggs ever witnessed.

I placed an ordered for delivery but was told they only delivery through just eat so I said can i cancel and reorder through just eat as I needed it delivered or could she change it over and I would pay any extra over the phone but was told this is not possible so I said ok just refund me then after waiting 5 mins until she spoke to her boss I was told it will be done at somepoint by the boss but told not sure when as he’s really really busy (my reply not my problem) I said no I want to know it’s done now i have paid out for something I’m not going to get I want to know I have been refunded I was then told I could wait on the phone all day then! when I asked the staff member why she couldn’t do it as she’s an employee her response I just work here! (No sh*t I was then screamed at down the phone saying she can’t do anything and it’s not her problem! Top it off the food was sh*t! The staff need some training in customer service and how to carry out a basic request such as a refund!

Lo más asqueroso es que se llama comida que acabo de recibir. La comida estaba fría y repugnante. Evitar. Ciertamente no volveré.

Shocking if you not waiting for hours. The food slapped together or cold. Deliveries don't arrive no communication they just pass the buck. Will not be using them again Gabe them enough chances just gets worse.

Not impressed 😕 it's advertised as a gf chippy but not offering gf when I visited.

N'existe pas... C'est vraiment une drôle d'histoire. Islay house est une belle demeure d'Islay, genre manoir écossais blanc. C'est là qu'est supposé être le Jib door. Nous avons réservé avec une autre application et nous y sommes allés. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne adorable et vivant ici qui nous a déclaré ne jamais avoir entendu parler du Jib door. En revanche dans islay house, il y a un superbe restaurant visiblement réservé aux connaisseurs, avec chesterfields, ambiance cosy etc... Bref, le Jib door est complètement inconnu. Un restaurant fantôme...

Fui al restaurante para el almuerzo con mi pareja y mis dos hijos y me encantó ver tenían un menú para niños. Sin embargo, cuando la hamburguesa de mi hijo salió parecía muy apetecible, un poco como una de esas hamburguesas puso en el microondas, mi otro hijo había pescado y patatas fritas (patatas fritas congeladas claramente) con la menor dos piezas de confinado de pescado en dos enormes piezas de pasta. había pescado y patatas fritas del menú de adultos que era muy seca y las fichas donde congeladas. Para ser sincero nada cualquiera que teníamos era terriblemente agradable. Nos preguntaron sobre 4 veces si habíamos terminado antes de que nos lo cual era molesto y nos hizo sentir muy incómodo y prisa. Cuando la camarera venía en una de las ocasiones que pedir de que estábamos hecho ella me dijo "Me referiré helado para los chicos" de tal manera que les gustaría oir lo que significaba que claramente lo como algunos, me parece una ogre para decirte que no. no quería pedir postre. Ella se volvía al recoger los platos dijo "conseguiré el helado" para que los chicos son ahora pedirlo ejerciendo presión innecesaria en mí. Cuando la factura era las bebidas donde cobran es una manera muy extraña. tenía una pinta de zumo de naranja y refrescos agua que era pormenorizada como 4 bebidas por separado, dos naranjas y dos Dash soda, y el costo £1.25 por un 1/4 pinta de zumo de naranja. parecía un muy complicado y confuso procedimiento para una bebida. Los niños tenían naranja mezclado con agua del grifo £1.25 . todo era muy pobre, ridículo y decepcionante.

Treated me and my hubby to champagne afternoon tea at Fernie Castle today and was shocked at what they were passing off as afternoon tea. We normally enjoy this experience and were both looking forward to home made scones jam cakes and sandwiches. Unfortunately when we arrived there were 3 other couples who had made the same mistake as us just by being there. The cake stand arrived with 3 tiers of very very ordinary food.Finger sandwiches were white bread with egg,cheap ham with jelly in middle,bright orange cheddar and tomato. Next tier was stodgy scones with synthetic cream,mini jars of jam but the top tier was the most laughable it looked like they had shopped at a really cheap bakers for those so called cakes. There was absolutely no customer service no choice of teas,coffees etc; just really poor quality food. I cannot believe that they would have the audacity to normally charge £78.00 for the experience (I paid £34.00 and felt like asking for a refund.I would imagine when an owner advertises through a voucher scheme they are attempting to encourage repeat custom and would be serving quality items to ensure this sadly this was not the case at Fernie so many corners were cut plus the decor inside was more Delboy Trotter and Nelson Mandela Towers than Fawlty it was awful everything was fake down to the wallpaper in the fake baronial ballroom. Sorry the Moet was real so I have awarded the solitary star. All these things are fixable but I don't think I have ever felt so uncomfortable anywhere and couldn't wait to leave no other couples hung about either which speaks volumes.We both agreed it was the worst experience we had had with Itison and would definitely never be back.
