The best restaurants in Newry and Mourne Southern NI

Traditional cafe, lovely lemon meringue with cream, also bought some locally made honey and potatoes from their own farm. Really friendly quality service too. If visiting Silent Valley don’t overlook calling in.

Meh, reaseraunt, food is sub-par, avoid if possible. Prawn crackers are nice though

Drinks were way too expensive and hard to get a taxi from it 🙃

The most amazing chips, definitely the best I've ever had.

One of the best fish and chippies based in a trailer on road from harbour to Asda.Very busy at times.Friendly lady owner and her young female team. Priced reasonable.I get a cod and scampi small mix meal.Very filling and recommended. Always call if in area.

OK . Had soup sandwich coffee lovely cake made by the owner. Would recommend. Owner tuck control of workers very well. Clean and warm

The restaurant has quite an interesting decor, it reminds you of the late 1800s. The chairs abs tables are comfortable and there is enough space in between tables to allow for privacy and comfort. The staff is friendly, the service fast, the menu is basic...

Firstly the bar area is immaculate. The toilets are the cleanest I've seen in Newry. Called in for a drink only but the staff were very friendly and didn't make a fuss with our assistance dog. Seems to be a really great venue for food and drink.

The pork belly could have been a little bit more tender still was lovely however the apple crumble was banging 10/10 for that.
