I was in for my lunch one Tuesday afternoon.. i ordered a fry which was nice to be fair, but while i was eating i overheard the main chef shouting and screaming in an angry toxic tone to one of her staff, she was saying all sorts to this member off staff and i think it was completely unfair as the wee girl was genuine and kind when taking my order and dealing with my every need. The main chef obviously takes her staff for granted and needs to improve on her communication with her staff and show them a little more respect.

We dropped in here for a coffee and were given a very warm welcome. The home baking on offer was freshly made and delicious, and the coffee was very good. The rest room was spotless. I would certainly recommend this establishment to others.

A very friendly, professional and wonderful breakfast always served to us here. I particularly welcome this in the cafe as I am gluten and dairy free and don’t eat meat. The cafe has always met my needs with an excellent breakfast. I love the cafe Thank you Doreen

I was down in warrenpoint for an easter break and my Sister and I went out for lunch in Willows cafe ,I had the cheese burger meal with chips ,I have to say this was a great meal deal for 6.95,it consisted of a a big burger with cheese and onions in a burger bap and a large pot of chips in a bucket, I really have to say for the price of this meal it was great value filled me up for the day never eat anything all day after this lol. My Sister had a homemade pancake with syrup and she said it was delicious very filling, also the staff were all friendly , I would highly recommend this cafe great food great staff just what warrenpoint needs.

Warrenpoint has so many great places to eat but sadly The Willows isn't one of the better ones. The place is dark and dingy with cheap outdated furniture. The tables are all squashed together to get as many people as possible in. The food was average at best - very basic and underwhelming. We won't be in a hurry to go back any time soon.

Great spot to have a bite. I had a first class fry with delicious locally sourced ingredients and you could really tell they were. My wife had a wrap and coffee cake. The staff were lovely and it was extremely reasonable. Highly reccomended especially if you want to get away from the usual corporate coffee shop environment

I don't find this a particularly comfortable place to go. It's long dark and narrow with the kind of chairs that it's hard to relax in. So on the rare occasions I go its really a functionary experience. You eat and go as soon as your finished. It's not somewhere to meet a friend for a long chat over coffee. I do find the owner who manages the till a tad pushy. We both had a ham dinner. The food is pretty decent, unpretentious, simple home cooked food. But it's served in the most miserly portions to the point where they are verging on half portions. As soon as I got home I made a sandwich to fill the gap which isn't a great sign. The portions always seem so small and exact that I get the impression the cook probably has a set of weighing scales to make sure you get the exact amount she deems appropriate, not a gram more or less. I know I'm not the only person to have noticed. When I go out and pay for a meal it's nice to feel you're getting a meal and not just highly controlled half portions.

We go to the Willows Cafe and always get good food. the staff are efficient and the owner is aways welcoming. The food although not very adventourous is always served hot and quick. My daughter always orders scrambled eggs and they are always made fresh. I find the owner to be friendly and efficient and polite. While the space itself is small .. the friendleness of the staff and the quality of the food makes up for this.

Visited this cafe recently in the afternoon for tea and a cake. The tea pot had enough water for at least three cups of tea ( ordered tea for one person) but only had one poor quality tea bag in it which made it undrinkable - the green tea we ordered was the same. The slice of fruit cake was inedible, it was just crumbs. The apple tart was ok. Would never call here again and wouldn't recommend it at all.

Went with my aunt for a coffee. I particularly am not a lover of coffee and normally ask for just one shot of coffee instead of usual two.Thought coffee was still very strong. Brought it back.up and owner made me feel very uncomfortable. I thought he would make a fresh one as I was sure it was made with two shots.I then got vibes he was not and said add water to it and he said enjoy your flavoured milk.I did not drink it..I appreciate some people love strong coffee but unfortunately this was not to my liking.I said to owner on leaving I did not like his coffee or his sarcasm. In fairness he apologised and said it was his sense of humour. He did not offer a refund and I would not be rushing back. Will stick to The Diamonds or The Whistledown...

Went with a couple of others for lunch. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough.Asked if they could do me a prawn open sandwich as it was not on the menu. This was made fresh for me and was excellent. My wife had a omelette and her mother the gammon. All were excellent with generous portions. We had coffee with this and it was fresh brewed. A good experience will be back

Excellent food, beautiful coffee.Food presented was very easy on the eye and delicious, only thing I can say is with such food a home made tartar sauce would be better than the packet variety.

My partner I were recommended we go here for Coffee, well everything was ok I guess we ordered a chicken wrap and baked potato coffee and tea, service was good and quick, the salad wasn't fresh on both our dishes, I ordered a cappuccino as i love my coffee but to my disappointment it came out as a flat white, now im not being fussy but i enjoy my cappuccinos and to be served a flat white wasn't good enough, I didn't say anything just didn't drink it, its only when i went to pay I realized what the problem was the young fella that made the coffee was only starting but really he needed better training before being allowed to serve coffee, Not sure if i would go back to be honest.

We stopped here for a light snack on our visit to Warrenpoint. We had coffee and scones - the scones being the best I have tasted. I had a plain one and my husband had raspberry and they really hit the spot! The owner was very friendly and helpful offering us information about places to visit near by.

Firstly the bar area is immaculate. The toilets are the cleanest I've seen in Newry. Called in for a drink only but the staff were very friendly and didn't make a fuss with our assistance dog. Seems to be a really great venue for food and drink.
