Order chicken dinner and it was awful chicken slices out of packet and 2 potatoes and the service was terrible had to wait half an hour on it won't be back

18 of Killicomaine Jubilee Club went here for our Christmas Lunch. The room was freezing ( a member of staff did bring a tiny fan heater out). No Christmas decorations on the tables, not even a cracker or Christmas napkins. No background music. The turkey parcels were only half ones, one cocktail sausage, one roast potato and mashed potatoes Roast beef dinner consisted of 2 wafer thin slices and same as above without the cocktail sausage. Plenty of vegetables. The dessert wasn't the greatest either. Our end of year meal and venue was so disappointing. One of the members described it as soulless and that's what it was at a cost of £19.95 each. Not a bit of wonder we were the only one's there

Brilliant quality food, and friendly staff never fails to impress sometimes the waits can be long but they always make up for it and apologise appropriately, definitely worth a visit!

Well that was awful.. ordered over an hour ago to get a message that they are closed and tough tiity .. .. . looks like I'm heading to Ahmed tonight... At least I know his pizza is brill.. really fancied a good curry tho.. 🙄 don't take orders you can't fulfill..

Great quality food and the place is always so organised and clean! The staff especially Michelle and kerri, they are always very welcoming and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to go here because they have great menu choices and affordable prices!.

Ordered roast duck with orange sauce. It came with shredded cabbage. Who thought that was a good combo? It’s been a long time since I last ordered there, it’ll be a lot longer before I order again.

Food is great but got the wrong food delivered, and when I phoned up about it they were rude and continually hung up on me.

Disgusting. Waste of money. Beef and Green Pepper with black bean sauce and boiled rice. The rice literally fell out of the container as one sticky congealed mess. It was like it had been over cooked, and wasn’t rinsed. The sauce was tasteless too. I very rarely complain, but I rang them and all she could say was “aha, aha, right, sorry about that” Will be trying somewhere else next time. Toast for tea it is!

Had a great lunch here. Staff was great especially the young guy cleaning my table before I sat down to eat. I think his name was Danny or Daniel he was friendly and helpful. He's a credit to ur restaurant. I don't often leave reviews but seeing some of the negative comments left I would just like to say a lot of them are just basically lies. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Rushmere. Loved the pavlova and the portion was just the right size. See you soon guys

Called last night and ordered 2 ten piece buckets. When I got home there was only 6 pieces in each. Tried phoning but they didn’t answer their phone

Order from here normally once/twice a week. Waited three hours on delivery for it to be cold & burnt messaged page and got no reply, won’t be back. When called to ask where food was, got told we give another address when we didn’t. Would advise taking numbers and calling the customer back to make sure order and address is correct.
